Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

WIWOX® VIVERK are single and multi-stage spray chamber cleaning systems for aqueous cleaning, pretreatment and degreasing of tools and parts. Loading takes place via an extendable platform, which can be loaded at an ergonomic working height. The workpieces are mechanically cleaned by means of pump pressure in the spray chamber process. The temperature-controlled washing liquid is sprayed onto the workpiece via a spray frame.The washing plant is operated via a side switch box with electrical control. Before the washing process, the loading basket is loaded and driven into the rinsing chamber via a roller conveyor. The door is closed manually (optionally also automatically). The machine reaches an operating temperature of 40°C within just a few minutes. After a further 30 minutes, the maximum washing temperature of 70°C is reached. The motor-driven spraying gyro completely revolves around the parts to be washed.

Before cleaning, the loading basket is loaded and moved into the rinsing chamber. The individual stainless steel washing nozzles can be easily maintained and adjusted according to the application. The motor-driven spraying rotor completely revolves around the loaded parts. The washing system is operated via a side switch box with electrical control. Because of their specifications governed by corresponding standards, these cable pull switches are used exclusively as safety command devices. STAUFF RFS Carbon Steel Return Line Filters are designed as tank top or in-line filters. They are mounted directly on the tank top and if 100% of the system oil is filtered, they provide the optimum removal of contaminants from the system. This provides the pump with clean oil thus reducing contaminant generated wear. The filter bowl is designed with a connection, threaded or flanged, for extending the return oil beneath the surface thus preventing the entrainment of air.
