Removing irregular distortions Asymmetrical distortions (wavy, S-shaped, etc.) in textiles have always represented a huge challenge in the textile industry. A special straightening approach is needed particularly when the straightening process does not take place in combination with a stenter (e.g. before decatizers, digital printing systems, etc.). To restore the warp and weft threads to their original state, the Orthofact RMB generates a defined lateral tension using freewheeling, inclined pin wheels. This cross-tension stretches the warp threads. The resultant force controls the freewheeling pin wheels, since the weft threads will always seek out the shortest path from selvedge to selvedge. Distortion, no matter whether wavy or S-shaped, will be corrected.

Our digital printing systems can already print pages with a middle fold during the printing process, so that folding pages can easily be inserted into the Standard formats DIN-A5 and DIN-A4 arise. Only the required printed pages are billed. Even the production of saddle stitched brochures already takes place during the printing process. The maximum number of pages is 60 pages (cover + content). Your booklets and pamphlets may consist of two different types of paper.

Various paper grades up to 300 gr./sqm. are compatible with our digital printing system. Our trimmer can be used for trimming single sheets. Larger volumes can be trimmed with our stack paper cutter.You can deliver your business cards to us in all popular graphics formats (PDF, JPEG, TIFF). We'll provide you with the best possible space allocation on the paper chosen as well as add crop marks. A sheet of A4 paper can fit 10 business cards in standard format (55 mm x 85 mm). Costs are calculated based on the number of pages printed and the selected paper.

We use UR digital printing ,quality printing systems from Canon and Xerox, which are equipped with numerous additional functions. In digital printing, we process paper types in grammages of 70-300gr/QM. We have a rich selection of paper qualities available at Kreuzberg, Berlin site. All common file formats are available for digital printings ex: Microsoft office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel), image file formats(JPEG,TIFF) etc.We use professional imposition software to create brochures, Business Cards, Passport size photo or entire folders of holiday photos from single page. We deliver an expression to you on selected paper size, before the actual digital printing. For the expression we charge a basic fee of 1€. Subsequently, the required printed pages, selected material, bindings and all other service charges are calculated.

With our digital printing process we can print not only paper but also foils made of different materials (also self-adhesive). We can print consecutive numbers, even with different types of barcodes, and any shape can be cut. Laminated with laminate, the prints are protected for a long time against UV radiation and weather influences, even outdoors. The material is printed, cut, activated and applied with the labeling machine and the combined cutting component, micro-atomization component and linear tamp unit. Thanks to the HERMA InNo-Liner and the patented, multi-layer pressure-sensitive adhesive, thousands of tons of backing paper or backing film and the cost of their disposal can be saved every year. The labels can be pre-printed in color using the conventional printing process. The labeling machine can be equipped with an optional thermal transfer printer or thermal direct printer for printing the variable data.
