Meto sterilisation labels facilitate reliable process control for medical sterilisation using steam, ethylene oxide and gamma rays thanks to a permanent change in the colour of the indicator ink. It is also possible to print out additional data such as the steriliser, person responsible, date, batch number and use-by date.

Torque Readout with built-in Transducer. The basic, easy-to-use readouts include a built-in torque transducer and has a variety of measurement modes including track, peak, pulse and click. The ReadStar TT can be used as a portable device or fixed permanently using the mounting bars. Fully automatic labelling machine for labelling drums in accordance with the GHS Directive. All chemicals are subject to mandatory classification and labelling before they are placed on the market, and they are often marketed in drums and hobbocks of various sizes. This places increased demands on the flexibility of the labelling unit in terms of print data, multi-colour printing and application height (labelling height). Often, several labels are applied to the circumference of the keg (product label, hazardous goods label(s) and logistics label. For this purpose, the system can be equipped with several label dispensers and/or several printing and dispensing systems. Labelling can be carried out in continuous operation or at a standstill. Depending on the application and labelling requirements, the labelling system can also be positioned at a drum labelling station.

To serialize vials and other cylindrical products, we rely on the proven quality and reliability of our labelers. In order to achieve the best possible grading of the serialisation barcodes, we integrate thermal transfer printer or marking laser units directly on the label applicator. The vision system immediately inspects the print data after the printing process. If the inspection shows a negative result, we optionally offer a label reject station which automatically removes the label from the process and therefore does not waste a „good product“. Both the vision system and the print engine are fully integrated in the touch panel HMI. Shift registers in the label applicator as well as in the complete system enable product and label tracking through the complete system.

The workstation enables the manual serialisation of pharmaceutical packs and their aggregation into shipping cartons. For this purpose, each individual box is first printed with order-related serialisation data by a thermal inkjet printing system and then manually placed in a shipping carton. As soon as this is filled, the downstream thermal transfer printer creates an individual serialisation label. The correct print data and print quality are monitored by a camera system. The operator places the drug packs to be labelled at a reference edge of the conveyor belt. As soon as the printer has printed the serialisation data, it is checked for correctness by the integrated image processing system. In case of an error, the product stops at a certain position, which is marked by red LEDs. Depending on the number of products in the shipping carton/number of aggregation levels, approx. 10-12 products/min are serialised.

The REA JET SC enables contact free printing of 1 to 8-line texts, dates, barcodes, Data Matrix codes and logos in high resolution, and with print heights up to 12 mm. Fully automatic labeller \ Label printing and dispensing system for labelling bags Basic concept of the label printing dispenser: Bag labelling with variable data: The EDS620i-VCB label printing and dispensing system was developed for labelling sacks. The label is applied to the bag via a pneumatic label transfer unit. To achieve a precise application result, a pneumatic pressure roller is used. The sack label is then recorded fully automatically via a barcode scanning station and reported to the b+b Siterserver. The basis of the pressure dispensing system is the EDS 620i label pressure dispenser. This is designed for industrial operation and enables you to label your products and their packaging precisely, reliably and quickly using different applicators and label transfer modules.

The LSS-PV model was developed to serialize small product batches cost-effectively and according to the requirements of country-specific FMD guidelines. The products are fed manually. A transport system with product carriers guarantees a precise and continuously accurate alignment of the products. After the printing process performed by a thermal inkjet printing system (TIJ), the print data is inspected. If the inspection result is positive, the products are either collected on the collection table at the outfeed of the system or glide over an optionally available transfer plate into an outer shipping case. Defective products are reliably separated from the GOOD products by the product reject station. This process is verified twice in the PLC.

This powerful HSF friction feeder is the optimal solution when empty folding boxes have to be marked with variable data offline from the production line. The modular design of the system enables an easy integration of the desired marking technology. The HSF separates the folding boxes from the stack in the infeed magazine. The cartons are guided to the printing station by two parallel running belt conveyors. Print information could be e.g. serialisation data in the form of bar codes or data matrix codes and text. V-check does this by automatically comparing printed data such as letters, digits, logos or images against a reference sample, guaranteeing high production reliability.

With the production planning program JETedit3 you can create print jobs and graphics for the inkjet printer LEIBINGER JET3 even at your desk, far away from the printer. Is the printing data for the particular job created, it is saved and it can be transferred via Ethernet or RS232 connection to up to 16 JET3 printers.
