Brass float valves of open design in 3 and 4 inches can be combined with our hollow float balls made of high-quality PE-HD plastic (max. 70 °C), alternatively also with copper or stainless steel balls. The chemical nickel plating provides corrosion protection.

The diaphragm float valves series F can be combined with our float hollow balls made of high-quality PE-HD plastic (max. 70 °C), alternatively with copper or stainless steel balls for high temperatures. In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. Mechanical expansion of the tubes guarantees a perfect bond between the fins and the tubes leading to maximum heat transfer between both fluids.

Same as with our capacitors, we focus on minimized power losses and maximum durability of the reactor – optimized for your application. Made of high-class transformer sheets and copper wire or aluminium band. Vacuum-impregnated with environmentally friendly, low-styrole resin for long operating life, high voltage strength and low noise levels. Standard terminals: copper terminal lugs, optional with screw-terminal blocks or cables. Integrated reversible thermal switch for monitoring of the reactor and control of external disconnection in case of overheating. Our standard range covers 400V 50Hz up to 300A per phase. Impregnation systems to close micropores in metal castings as well as in copper, aluminium or magnesium alloy castings. The parts to be impregnated are fixed in baskets. The latter are transported by a special crane system as well as with reservoir roller conveyors. Excess material is removed by centrifuging of the baskets. The impregnating agent remaining in the pores in fluid form is hardened by heating in a hot water bath. The process sequence runs fully automatically under a microprocessor control.

Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Printing and coating cylinders in galvanic plating process are coated with hard or soft copper before engraving. After engraving, all cylinders receive a chrome layer.
