Contract Manufacturing TC Domine is a dependable partner for the highprecision machining of components made of thermoplastics and glass fibre or carbon fibrereinforced plastic. Six modern CNC machines with up to five axes can machine components 6,140 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and up to 500 mm high. As such, we are able to design and manufacture the necessary parts inhouse. Subsequent processing steps such as gluing, painting and assembling addon components are an integral part of what we do.

We manufacture a large number of standard products as well as customer-specific special parts with optical surface qualities as contract manufacturing. With an extensive inventory of ultra-precision machines and the corresponding measuring technology, we manufacture with accuracies down to the sub-micrometer range and with roughness up to approx. 1 nm [Ra]. The advanced microCELL™ MCS laser cutting system has been developed to meet the photovoltaic (PV) market’s demands for boosting module power output and service life by minimizing power losses and providing for an exceptionally high mechanical strength of cut cells. It enables the highest throughputs for cutting cell sizes up to M12/G12 into half cells or shingled cells. The microCELL™ MCS system takes advantage of 3DMicromac’s patented thermal laser separation (TLS) process for cell separation. The ablation free technique guarantees an excellent edge quality. Contract Manufacture We also make our machining facilities available to businesses that just want to outsource specific production processes. Here we focus on being used in the field of deep drilling, peeling and rolling, and in honing. We are also happy to make our capacity available in the field of machining, welding and blasting and painting. In particular by the extension of our machining capacity by several CNC-controlled 4-axle turning centres with driven tools, a modern welding plant for tubes up to 16,000 (18,000) mm length and an efficient paint shop, further capacities have been created here.

As a contract manufacturer and contract filler, we offer our customers a large and varied range of industrial care products. From wax release agents and basic cleaning agents to special cleaning and cold cleaning agents, floor oils or Chromoblitz-emulsions and sweeping shavings: This product variety of industrial care products meets almost every customer’s wish and need. In addition, what may have existed up to now only as an idea of the customer can be specially developed by the knowledge and innovative strengths of Wachsfabrik Segeberg GmbH. Basic cleaning agents: Flexible surfactants Basic cleaning agents are based on surfactants, which are either water- or solvent-based, depending on the desired application. These industrial care products have a degreasing and dewaxing effect. Floor oils: Impregnation of industrial floors Special floor oils are used to make industrial floors less sensitive to dust and dirt and to impregnate them.

Tool making & construction: The key to success We know the different industry-specific requirements for stamped parts and parts suppliers. Therefore, our day-to-day work includes very demanding tasks, which we overcome speedily and process reliably. Stamped parts / contract manufacture Your products delivered punctually As a flexible stamping business, Schulz Stanztechnik manufactures various stamped and stamped bent parts for the most diverse areas of application from conveyance technology components, the automotive industry to mechanical components such as washers and angle connectors or entire assemblies. We place particular emphasis on high-quality and punctual manufacture and delivery of the ordered products and services. We are also in a position to meet special requests of our customers at short notice. Alongside the actual stamping process, Schulz Stanztechnik carries out numerous additional tasks, such as the creation of threads, use of installation parts or the installation of several components to the stamped parts. These activities can be carried out during stamping as well as in a separate work process.
