Proven Siempelkamp quality for your production project with almost unlimited possibilities For our customers, we have manufacturing capacities - in the areas of turning and milling, welding & heat treatment, deep-hole drilling, balancing, pipe forming, hydraulic assembly and assembly of components - of around 300.000 hours per year on a hall area of over 41,500 m2. You can always rely on our many years of experience as a service provider in the field of contract manufacturing and as a close cooperation partner in foundry technology.

Contract Manufacture We also make our machining facilities available to businesses that just want to outsource specific production processes. Here we focus on being used in the field of deep drilling, peeling and rolling, and in honing. We are also happy to make our capacity available in the field of machining, welding and blasting and painting. In particular by the extension of our machining capacity by several CNC-controlled 4-axle turning centres with driven tools, a modern welding plant for tubes up to 16,000 (18,000) mm length and an efficient paint shop, further capacities have been created here.

Stamped parts / contract manufacture Your products delivered punctually As a flexible stamping business, Schulz Stanztechnik manufactures various stamped and stamped bent parts for the most diverse areas of application from conveyance technology components, the automotive industry to mechanical components such as washers and angle connectors or entire assemblies. We place particular emphasis on high-quality and punctual manufacture and delivery of the ordered products and services. We are also in a position to meet special requests of our customers at short notice. Alongside the actual stamping process, Schulz Stanztechnik carries out numerous additional tasks, such as the creation of threads, use of installation parts or the installation of several components to the stamped parts. These activities can be carried out during stamping as well as in a separate work process.

Tool making & construction: The key to success We know the different industry-specific requirements for stamped parts and parts suppliers. Therefore, our day-to-day work includes very demanding tasks, which we overcome speedily and process reliably. Our spectrum of services for tool construction includes: 3D-CAD/CAM construction and programming (solid works, Peps, HSMworks) Wire-cut EDM (also contract manufacture) with workpiece sizes up to max. 600x400x350 mm Drilling erosion (start hole shooting) with workpiece sizes up to max. 250x350x300 mm Milling technology with workpiece sizes up to max. 650x500x500 mm Turning technology with workpiece sizes up to max. dm 210 x 1000 mm Flat grinding with workpiece sizes up to max. 600x300x375 mm and more…. Even complicated customer requirements are never a problem for us, but are instead a welcome challenge.

Because quality is the basis for your success, we offer you our knowhow and our production facilities for contract manufacturing Many wellknown manufacturers take advantage of this service and develop – jointly with Polyplast Müller – specific products that are exclusively manufactured. Every product is developed jointly with you in our wellequipped quality laboratories that greatly exceed industrial standards. Stateoftheart production processes such as Buss kneaders, twin screw extruders, as well as continuous and discontinuous mixers can be selected for the most varied applications. At the same time, the extensive quality assurance system ensures consistent product quality. The stricter the requirements, the more attractive will be the challenge for the Polyplast Müller engineers – because only when we can put our entire expertise to work will the product be optimal.
