We offer round connector systems in M8 × 1/Ø 8 mm and M12 × 1 acc. to IEC 61076-2-101 as connection and extension cables. The 1/2" and 7/8" round connector systems are particularly suitable for applications with increased power requirements. The M16 and M23 × 0.75 × 1 round connector systems are used for connecting multiple junction systems. A, B, C, or I-type valve connectors acc. to EN 175301-803, are available with and without protective circuit for the connection of various different valves.

Aside from the tried-and-tested uses of the E6, the new generation offers additional advantages which significantly simplify operation. This EtherCAT I/O module has been specifically designed with industrial environments in mind. Its IP 65 protection allows its installation anywhere at the machine making switching cabinets and further housings more or less redundant. You may mount the unit directly on a base plate. Due to the modules integral plug connector system, sensors and actuators are never far away from the modules. Standardised cable connections reduce mounting times while enhancing the security of the wiring. For our IP67 connectors are special hoods in plastic or plastic metallized available. Our hoods can also be combined with a broad range of applicable accessories of the CONEC programm for shielding, sealing and securing of connections and interfaces. For applications requiring not only IP protection, but also protection against electromagnetic interference in sensitive signals, CONEC offers a metalized version with shield connection at the cable strain relief.

The RJ45 connector is the most used interface in data communications. CONEC has, based on this connector interface, designed a rugged versatile connector system for Cat. 5e and Cat. 6A, that ensures reliable protection and the convenience of easily mating under the most difficult and harsh environments. The housing with bayonet coupling mechanism is in compliance with IEC 61076-3-106 and provide increased protection for the connector system against contamination and moisture (IP67 rating). Furthermore, the increased demands for mechanical stability, temperature resistance, vibration immunity and protection against EMI and UV radiation will be fulfilled. This program is supplemented by preassembled patch cables with IP67 rating in various lengths and designs. The zinc die-cast version provides an excellent protection against harsh environment.

Connector systems able to meet special demands are needed for industrial use in harsh environments. The water resistant connector system developed by CONEC is intended for applications where dust and water are factors. Corresponding accessories, such as water resistant hoods and protective caps are available. CONEC Solid Body and CONEC SlimCon D-SUB connector series were a consequent development to establish a D-SUB connector familiy which is especially designed for application in harsh industrial environment. The one piece body - made of zinc diecast - provides outstanding mechanical robustness and protection against splash water and dust under aggressive conditions.

The mobile interlocking protection turns a regular ECOVOS hose insert into an interlock connector in no time at all, thereby avoiding double warehouse-keeping. Up to now, special accessories have been required for interlocking hose connections. In order to ensure rapid delivery, all nominal widths had to be kept available in duplicate, one as a standard version and a second as an interlock version. With the mobile interlocking protection from VOSWINKEL, only standard ECOVOS hose inserts are now required. The number of components now to be kept on hand is thereby reduced by more than 50 %. Ranging from textile hoses, including skived and non-skived hoses with wire mesh to interlock applications with a multispiral hose, the same now applies: a single hose connector system for all applications. The ECOVOS system of hose connectors enables crimping of many different hose types with only one hose insert profile, which results in an immense reduction of endless product varieties. The use of identical parts with ECOVOS means a reduction of individual components by approximately 45 per cent.

Metzner has a clear understanding of the future and transforms existing processes into fully automated system solutions. Metzner offers low-cost individual stations in the field of e‑mobility for the entry into high-voltage cable processing. For the first time, the EM 101 module offers a solution for removing the cable foil without affecting the cable shield. The automatic processing of high-voltage cable wires also necessitates the connection of various components of the connector system. The Metzner EM 102 takes care of this. The EM 103 allows the cable shield to be opened and cut using a patented process which ensures that there is absolutely no contact with the inner insulation. The EM 103S offers the functionality of the proven EM 103 to meet the requirements of smaller cable wires of up to 8 mm diameter.
