This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

WIWOX® DP-BB blast cabinets with combined blasting and blow-off function (Blast´n´blow®) and ex-protection accord. to 1999/92/EC for paint stripping and surface decoating in seconds. Fine organic blasting media get shot onto the workpiece by compressed air, whereby even stubborn thick layers are loosened in shortest time by the effect of the soft, but sharp-edged granulates. Even sensitive tool surfaces get not damaged. The blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Blasting granulate and blasting pressure are adapted to the respective application. With the pressure blasting process you can clean extruder and injection moulding screws, blowing heads, moulds and profile tools much faster and more gently than with conventional cleaning methods. In extensive tests with your own workpieces you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system.

KLN manufactures various cleaning machines acc. to ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosibles) for the use of combustible liquids. The cleaning machines can be used separately or in combination with other methods. The cleaning tanks must be operated at a well ventilated place. The combustible cleaning agent can be filled in directly into the tanks. The ultrasonic generators are set up separately. A safety thermostat (setting 15°C below the flash point) controls the adherence to a max. temperature and in case of excess temperature it switches the machine off. The cover included in the delivery avoids emissions from the tank during standstills. The machines can also be used in connection with aqueous cleaning methods. The TWT combines a number of cleaning methods in a single unit. Through immersion any spray cleaning with alkaline, neutral or slightly acidic aqueous media, it caters for a wide range of parts and meets even the most stringent requirements regarding technical cleanliness. The cleaned parts are dried under vacuum for extra fast processing. All machine components that come into contact with media are made in stainless steel, allowing for the use of fresh and demineralised water.

The PowerJet series with single or double jet is particularly suitable for cleaning water-bearing pipes and ducts. The increase in working performance with low energy input is due to the novel implementation of the available performance variables such as pressure and volume flow. Even with a volume flow of 280 l/min. and 130 bar, large quantities of loose material (stones, sand, sludge and paper/cellulose) can be transported efficiently. This cleaning method also makes it easy to maintain and preserve old sewer systems (the latter is in line with municipal requirements). Any industrial water can be used to drive the system. The use with water recovery is problem-free.
