TOPAZ differential valves are the ideal valve for water tanks in pressurised systems. The float valve with diaphragm offers a high flow rate of up to 200 l/min. Furthermore, an adjustable level control from 50 mm up to 2500 mm is possible. This minimises the number of start-stop operations of the pump system and ensures minimal pump operation.

Being produced in ELKON’s latest tech production facilities, stationary continuous mixing plants (pugmills) are mainly used for subbase (stabilization) material with / without cement production and RCC concrete for dam or road pavement projects. Equipped with 5000/2500 l. capacity ELKON continuous twinshaft mixer, there two models of pugmill plants, 300 tons/h and 500 tons/h capacity. In this mixing plants, thanks to aggregate bins equipped with dosing belts, it’s possible to adjust material flow rate by means of frequency inverters. Cement flow rate can also be precisely adjusted by a screw equipped with frequency inverter whilst the water flow by a proportional valve. All materials are mixed passing through ELKON C200 mixer continuously according to the recipe and flow speed.

Trotec's most powerful submerged clear water pump TWP 9005 E pumps off up to 14,000 litres of clear to slightly contaminated water per hour. This makes it the perfect partner if you suddenly need to pump large amounts of water off or over quickly and efficiently. It is excellently suited for draining water from pools, for the quick elimination of leakages caused by a defective washing machine or of ground water ingress in basement rooms as well as of water that has penetrated the walls owing to a flood or heavy rainfall. Another possible application would be when work is required in drainage shafts. The maximum delivery head of the TWP 9005 E can amount up to 11.5 metres. An integrated check valve prevents the water from flowing back after switch-off and so reduces the time to restart suction. With its high-performance and maintenance-free 900 W motor the TWP 9005 E pumps off even slightly contaminated water with particle sizes of up to 5 millimetres.

The multiple water quantity control system in modular design that is available in several versions fulfils not less than three requirements at the same time. It combines the advantages of the conventional water distributors, the impulse cooling systems and the continuously operating temperature control units while eliminating the disadvantages of each of these systems. The temperature control system disposes of up to 128 individually adjustable circuits and is suitable for the processing of polyolefins and technical thermoplastic materials. In case of the basic execution (itd B) the requested flow rate is adjusted manually and is then monitored by a flow meter and presented digitally and graphically on the central display of the control unit. In the standard execution (itd R) the water quantity is individually set for each circuit at the central operating unit and - if necessary - is readjusted automatically via a water quantity regulation valve within adjustable limit values.
