We offer cables in different qualities, perfectly tailored to the respective application. The products range from simple PVC up to PUR and PP cable types for food and beverage applications. All cables are available as yard goods or with injection-moulded connectors.

The Riedel CCP-1116 is a commentary unit for two commentators with integrated intercom functionality. The device provides up to two commentary positions with high-quality mic preamps and all the intercom features known from Riedel Digital Matrix Intercom systems. Combined in one compact device and cabled via one single CAT5 or COAX cable, the CCP-1116 reduces cabling effort, set-up time and points of failure. In addition the CCP-1116 provides a clearly arranged user interface with improved functionality at the commentary position including programmable buttons for communications and GPIOs as well as remote control of the commentary panel. In the case of failure within the system - e.g. loss of the cable connection in between a CCP-1116 and the matrix – the stand- alone/emergency mode will be established without a loss of signal. Cable Type Heaters have initially been developed and used for the safe operation in fertilizer plants. However nowadays, they cover a large range of applications due to their modular construction and minimum space requirements. They are suitable for heating up nearly all gases and liquids or superheating steam. They are mainly used in hazardous areas. Especially when processes require a combination of high power (in the MW range) high pressure and temperatures of up to 550°C cable type heaters are the means to choose.

Fast assembly and perfect organisation Modern machines contain countless power, data and control cables, along with pneumatic hoses. In large systems, the total length of these can quickly add up to several thousand metres. Cable channels make it easier to organise and assemble these cables. The BLOCAN® cable channel system made from anodised aluminium impresses not only with its attractive design, but also through a multitude of well thought out details, which offer the customer considerable added value and greatly facilitate their work. The cable channels in sizes 40, 40x20, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80 can be supplied as 6 metre bars or cut to length. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.

The increasing spread of electromagnetic radiation and the greater sensitivity of modern electronic components mean cable glands have an important role to play in a system's screening concept. PFLITSCH offers a graduated selection of EMC capabilities in its UNI Dicht and blueglobe cable glands for use in EMC applications up to Cat. 7A. The EMC cable gland blueglobe TRI separates the functions of sealing and EMC screening and therefore achieves the highest attenuation values of 80 dB up to 100 MHz. Even in the frequency range up to 2.5 GHz, the values are typically at least 50 dB. High current-carrying capacity is also provided. A triangular spring fits around the cable's braided shielding. The design of the spring precludes its getting caught in the braiding if the assembly is dismantled.

For 90° cable entries and safe outlets from switchgear cabinets PFLITSCH UNI elbow solutions enable cables to be taken safely around corners up to 90°. These cable glands have an angled cable gland body made from die-cast zinc or PA plastic. Elbow cable glands achieve the same technical values as the UNI Dicht® standard models. The variants with a rotating coupling can direct the component leg in any direction 360° around the attached leg in order to achieve the best cable entry. PFLITSCH makes these as standard products in sizes M16 to M40 and Pg 9 to Pg 36. To feed cables at an angle into/out of switchgear cabinets or machine housings, PFLITSCH produces various short and long flanged elbows in die-cast zinc and PA plastic. They are screwed tightly on to the housing and can accept – depending on the version – cable glands in sizes M16 to M63 and Pg 9 to Pg 48. An inserted o-ring securely seals the flange to the housing.

Metal connectors with self tapping screws are provided for the fast connection of rubber belts using a cordless screwdriver. FTK connectors are also available for round balers and in a special version for grape harvesting machines. Our steel connectors come in galvanised steel or non magnetic stainless steel. FTK connectors can be installed just using a cordless screwdriver because the screws are self tapping. No hole drilling is needed. FTK connectors are available with screws and connecting cables in lengths up to 3,000 mm, depending on belt width. A variety of connecting rods, lock washers and screws is also available for the initial installation of FTK connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.
