Make sure that the wedge angle is as small as possible and adjust the cutting speed if necessary. Milling Use commercially available milling cutters with a small number of teeth. It is possible to have square as well as round shapes, drilled holes and slots from Ø2 – Ø30 mm, with counter bores and tapped holes. To reduce stress concentration and shearing stress when mounting, we recommend the reinforcement of the clamping areas by fixing glass reinforced laminate (GHGW) plates.
