The IEC 6185092 LE Merging Unit is the optimal solution for process bus interfacing. The decentralized module µCAN.6.ai-SNAP is designed to acquire up to 6 analogue current / voltage signals and converts them into digital CAN signals.

The OPTIFLUX 6000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor for hygienic applications. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 6050, OPTIFLUX 6100 and OPTIFLUX 6300 electromagnetic flowmeters.

The OPTIMASS 6000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 400 signal converter it forms the OPTIMASS 6400 high performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for all process applications including cryogenic or high temperature media as well as high pressure fluids.

The OPTIFLUX 1000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 1050, OPTIFLUX 1100 and OPTIFLUX 1300 electromagnetic flowmeters for water and other conductive, non-abrasive media and OEM machinery applications.

The OPTIFLUX 5000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 5100 and OPTIFLUX 5300 electromagnetic flowmeters for aggressive and abrasive media and other demanding applications with conductive liquids.

The OPTIMASS 2000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 400 signal converter it forms the OPTIMASS 2400 high-performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for bulk mass and high volume flow measurement of gases and (non-)conductive liquids.

The OPTIMASS 3000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 010 and MFC 400 signal converters it forms the OPTIMASS 3010 and OPTIMASS 3400 Coriolis mass flowmeters for demanding low flow and dosing applications with gases and (non-) conductive liquids.

The OPTIFLUX 4000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 4050, OPTIFLUX 4100 and OPTIFLUX 4300 electromagnetic flowmeters for basic to advanced applications with aggressive and abrasive media or other conductive liquids.

The OPTISONIC 6300 P is a portable, battery-powered ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for temporary flow measurement of (non-)conductive liquids. It can be used at virtually any location and without process interruption or need to cut pipes. Due to its flexibility, the meter is equally suited for comparative measurements on stationary measuring equipment (e.g. pumps, flowmeters etc.) or for use as a short-term replacement of faulty devices. The OPTISONIC 6300 P consists of a combination of one or two clamp-on sensors and one handheld electronic signal converter. The robust clamp-on rail can be easily attached to almost any pipe up to DN1500/160". The readings of the meter are shown on the handheld LCD and are stored in the integrated memory for data logging. In addition, all readings can be transferred to a PC via the included USB stick in order to further analyse or store the data.

The Model 682C03 signal converter can be used to supply constant current-fed ICP®/IEPE accelerometers and connect them to 4 ... 20 mA signal circuits. The signal converter supplies an output current proportional to the RMS or peak value of the vibration acceleration, the vibration velocity or the vibration displacement (adjustable). The Model 682C05 signal transmitter is used on the one hand to supply ICP(R)/IEPE vibration sensors and essentially to provide early warning of developing faults in rolling bearings, such as damage to the inner or outer ring, play and lack of lubrication. The unit provides two output signals, the vibration level and information about high-frequency peaks or shocks. The module also has a raw signal output for connecting machine condition analysers.
