The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

Metric: Screws from M2 x 10 – M30 x 1000 with thread (up to 100 mm long). Compliant with DIN, EN, ISO, or according to drawings and samples. Plates: From ST 2.9 x 19 – ST 6.3 x 160 / 80 mm with thread (up to 80 mm long). Compliant with DIN, EN, ISO, or according to drawings and samples. KTG screws for plastics: 30-degree thread (OEB Kunst). KTG 3 x 10 mm – KTG 8 x 160 mm with thread (up to 60 mm long). DIN 7500 thread grooving screws: For die casting, zinc or aluminium. M3 x 20 – M10 x 160 mm with thread (up to 50-60 mm long) (OEB Furch). DIN 7513 – DIN 7516 thread cutting screws: For die casting, zinc or aluminium. M3 x 20 – M10 x 160 mm with thread (up to 50-60 mm long) (OEB Schneid). Other thread types: With-Worth, HiLo, UNC/UNF, double-start, triple-start.

Unions in numerous variants Numerous special designs Due to our excellent national and international supplier relationships, we are able to deliver standard fittings as well as numerous special designs. It is possible, for example, to deliver A 105 screw connections with a bronze-steel seat. Different thread types Screw connections can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI B 16.11 BSP thread according to ANSI B 16.11 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 R thread according to DIN 2999 like BSP. Internal / external thread and SW ends All threads are available as internal / external threads (male / female). Furthermore, the screw connections can also be supplied with SW ends (socked weld). The combination of the different ends is also possible. Screw connections according to ANSI B 16.11 are always 3-part and have a metallic-conical seal.

We can also supply you at short notice. We only deliver goods of European origin. Standards and special requests We supply threaded fittings as standard in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply 9000 lbs and special materials if required.
