Rubber components - Import export

Plastic is a thermoplastic and belongs to the organic polyamidebased blasting abrasives. WIWOX® KS nature high-quality blasting and deburring medium is particularly suitable to treat duroplast and rubber components without damaging and matting them. Available in cylindrical or exact cubic shape, it is characterised by high impact strength, dimensional stability and extremely long service life. We also supply an antistatic agent for subsequent or sustained application in liquid form.

Silicone rubber ALWA SIL SH 22 and SH 33 are silicone impression materials. These materials have extremely high mechanical values. In addition, they are very fast to handle and very easy to handle as well. The two-component silicone rubbers cure at room temperature. After mixing the two components, a low viscosity liquid develops, which crosslinks to a resistant and rubber elastic material. During the crosslinking, no exothermic heat is developed. When 1 – 3 % thixotropic agent is added per component, a spreadable mixture is obtained. AUTOSOL® AUTO SHAMPOO cleans intensively and gently and leaves a fresh scent. AUTOSOL® AUTO SHAMPOO is suitable for all paints, painted and repainted plastic parts as well as glass panes, rubber seals and metallic components (e.g. chrome trim). It is also suitable for plastic headlights made of polycarbonate and rear lights made of PMMA or Plexiglas®. Protective layers such as wax and sealants are retained.
