Plastic is a thermoplastic and belongs to the organic polyamidebased blasting abrasives. WIWOX® KS nature high-quality blasting and deburring medium is particularly suitable to treat duroplast and rubber components without damaging and matting them. Available in cylindrical or exact cubic shape, it is characterised by high impact strength, dimensional stability and extremely long service life. We also supply an antistatic agent for subsequent or sustained application in liquid form.

Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are always used for heavy duty applications when transporting heavy loads across challenging surfaces. They are frequently used for agricultural equipment, transport units for large components, forklift trucks and cleaning and sweeping machines. Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are multi-component tyres which are resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances. They provide a high level of operational comfort, low noise levels and good floor preservation.

Silicone rubber ALWA SIL SH 22 and SH 33 are silicone impression materials. These materials have extremely high mechanical values. In addition, they are very fast to handle and very easy to handle as well. The two-component silicone rubbers cure at room temperature. After mixing the two components, a low viscosity liquid develops, which crosslinks to a resistant and rubber elastic material. During the crosslinking, no exothermic heat is developed. When 1 – 3 % thixotropic agent is added per component, a spreadable mixture is obtained. Silent blocks are rubber parts placed between components that have only very small amplitude movements, to absorb vibrations and noise from machines equipped with motors. RM2M offers a wide variety of rubber silent blocks with diameter from 10 to 150 mm with the following characteristics: - 2 male threadings. - 2 female threadings. - 1 male and 1 female threading. - Diabolo versions with 2 male or 2 female threadings from Ø 20 to 130 mm. - Conical versions with 2 male or female threading from Ø 40 to 140 mm. - Stainless steel versions with 2 male threadings from Ø 20 to 60 mm. - Stainless steel diabolo versions with 2 female threadings from Ø 60 to 130 mm.
