The new mobile hand-held measuring device Loresta-FX is a further development of the Loresta-AX and is used for precise measurements of conductors and semiconductors in the lower resistance range. It offers a measuring range from 10⁻² to 10⁶ Ω. A manually adjustable correction factor is used to determine the specific resistances, which enables a sufficiently accurate calculation for process and quality control. The DK32/34 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter for measuring low flow rates of liquids and gases. The tried and tested meter is particularly suitable for flow monitoring and dosing in gas analyser systems or on purge panels. Due to its robust all-metal design it can also be used in difficult process conditions with temperatures up to +200°C / +392°F or pressures up to 400 barg / 5800 psig. It is available with a metering valve as standard to accurately set the flow value. The DK32/34 operates without auxiliary power supply. The device just features a local indication with two optional MIN/MAX limit switches (NAMUR) or a reed contact. To provide constant flow rates in case of variable inlet or outlet pressures, the VA meter is also available with flow regulators. The OPTISONIC 6300 P is a portable, battery-powered ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for temporary flow measurement of (non-)conductive liquids. It can be used at virtually any location and without process interruption or need to cut pipes. Due to its flexibility, the meter is equally suited for comparative measurements on stationary measuring equipment (e.g. pumps, flowmeters etc.) or for use as a short-term replacement of faulty devices. The OPTISONIC 6300 P consists of a combination of one or two clamp-on sensors and one handheld electronic signal converter. The robust clamp-on rail can be easily attached to almost any pipe up to DN1500/160". The readings of the meter are shown on the handheld LCD and are stored in the integrated memory for data logging. In addition, all readings can be transferred to a PC via the included USB stick in order to further analyse or store the data.

The OPTISONIC 7300 is a universal 2-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter for process and utility gas measurements in oil and gas refineries or the chemical or petrochemical industries. It is also suitable for non-custody transfer natural gas applications or applications with (compressed) air, mixed or flue gases (up to +180°C / +356°F). Using the transit time differential measuring principle, the OPTISONIC 7300 delivers high performance over a wide flow range (up to DN600 / 24", turndown ratio: 100:1). The measured volume flow can always be calculated to standard conditions using the input of temperature and pressure sensors, which can be directly connected to the device. Following the initial calibration, the device provides accurate measuring results (±1% error of measured value). The OPTISONIC 7300 does not have the limitations associated with turbine or other traditional gas flowmeters like periodical recalibrations, maintenance, pressure loss and a limited flow range.

It has been designed to offer the best possible measurement accuracy, not only during calibration under ideal conditions but also during less ideal conditions in the field. The H250 M40 is the standard variable area (VA) flowmeter for the process and OEM industry. The VA meter combines mechanical flow measurement of liquids or gases with state-of-the-art communication capabilities. Additional electronic modules can be added or replaced at any time without process interruption. The H250 M40 is available in various materials and in many different versions. The sturdy all-metal flowmeter can be also used in applications with high pressures (up to 1000 barg / 14500 psig), temperatures (-196...+400°C / -320...+752°F) or aggressive media. It even allows installation in horizontal or fall pipes up to DN150 / 6". A special version for use in hygienic applications is also available. The H250 M40 is intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. Certain variants of the flowmeter with limit switch or analogue output are suitable for use in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).

Solution for partially filled pipes The TIDALFLUX 2000 flow sensor with integrated and non-contact capacitive level measuring system provides accurate flow measurement in partially filled pipes. TIDALFLUX is designed to measure reliably between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross section. The integrated level sensors in the liner are in no contact with the liquid and are therefore insensitive against fat and oil floating on the surface.

Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter for drinking water applications WATERFLUX 3070 is the first battery powered water meter for the drinking water industry that is capable of measuring flow, pressure and temperature with one sensor. The purgemeter operates without auxiliary power supply and is available with different glass tube and installation lengths from 90 to 325 mm / 3.55 to 12.8". The medium is visible and the flow value can be read directly off the scale at the height of the float. The glass flowmeter can be provided with max. two limit switches (NAMUR) or a 3-wire digital output. For precise setting of the flow value, the VA meter features a needle valve. The DK 46/47/48/800 is also available with a differential pressure/flow regulator to provide constant flow rates in case of varying inlet or outlet pressures.
