The teco cs series was improved by installation of a user-friendly touch screen with new, integrated functions. All standard units are equipped with an energy efficient constant heating control. Depending on the product version a flow rate measurement and control, whose actual value is indicated simultaneously with the actual and nominal values on the colour screen, is installed as standard or is optionally available. Temperature profiles are graphically indicated after selection of the corresponding menu function. On the start page useful functions like limit value monitoring, leak stop operation etc. can be selected. The proven teco cs series was improved by installation of a user-friendly touch screen with new, integrated functions. The 95°C series was extended by three versions with higher capacities. The models are designed for larger consumers; they have heating capacities from 18 to 36 kW, cooling capacities from 50 to 120 kW and pump flow rates from 110 to 170 l/min.

Brand-new perspectives and possibilities are offered by the dynamic temperature control with CO2. This new and environmentfriendly procedure really provides a solution for heating and cooling of complex and thinwalled moulded parts. By using gaseous media for heating and cooling processes, soiled cooling channels are now a thing of the past. Basically it is true that gaseous media have the disadvantage to be bad heat carriers. This applies at least to air that is only used for cooling processes under special circumstances. But in contrast, if the opportunities of CO2 are exhausted properly, it offers an interesting alternative to conventional water temperature control.

Our product portfolio guarantees maximum flexibility for temperature measurement. The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

CSN® copper and nickel are temperatureresistant connecting cables for internal wiring of electric household appliances such as hotplates, glass ceramic plates, grill appliances or storage heaters. Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

Complete ready to install heating mats, with or without spare heating cable, consisting of heating cable, cold lead and temperature sensors. Concrete floor heatings from Klöpper Therm are the optimum protection against dangers from black ice in cold stores. Concrete brings heat from outside into the cooling chamber. Thereby the temperature of the concrete along the heat flow falls to the temperature of the cooling chamber. The moisture stored in the warmer air condenses on the cold concrete surface through which black ice can form. Dangers through the exchange of warmer and colder air arise particularly in the area of locks. When, through repeated opening of the doors, condensation from the walls and ceilings falls on the floor and black ice forms, it can lead to accidents. In consequence of the effects of permanent cold, doors can freeze solid at the seals and be severely damaged.

The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. ALWA HT RESIN is a resin-based on isocyanate and epoxy (EP), which reacts after adding a catalyst. ALWA HT RESIN offers a range of possibilities for producers of fibre-reinforced materials (e.g., glass fibre, kevlar and carbon), semi-finished and finished goods. High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

Temperature control of gaseous and liquid media Flat tube heat exchangers are generally used as air / air or air / liquid heat exchangers. Flat tube heat exchangers are used where the (exhaust) air is polluted and the installation space is limited. In heat recovery in particular, there are numerous applications for flat tube heat exchangers as so-called exhaust gas / exhaust air heat exchangers. Little installation space and less pressure loss While the rows of tubes in smooth tube heat exchangers consist of round tubes, the rows of tubes in flat tube heat exchangers have a special profile (see illustration). This special tube profile offers advantages over the round profile in certain applications. Flat tube heat exchangers require less installation space than smooth tube heat exchangers with the same exchange area and are therefore also lighter.

Temperature control of liquids Tube coil heat exchangers (so-called tube cooling coil heat exchangers) are generally used to control the temperature of liquids. This system can also be used to heat or cool liquids in a controlled manner. Due to their special shape, pipe coil heat exchangers are sometimes also called hairpin heat exchangers. Inexpensive applications The simple and solid structure enables it to be used in cost-effective applications. Coiled tube evaporator systems are ideally suited for brine and glycol applications. Classic variant Coiled tube evaporator systems are a classic and proven variant in the field of heat exchanger systems. Coiled tube heat exchangers are often used in ice storage systems or in the production of cold water units. In ice storage systems, coils can be used to achieve an even build-up of ice around the coils.
