Description

The German drop forge KB Schmiedetechnik GmbH is a pure supplier and produces drop forgings for the international valve industry, boiler and pipeline construction, as well as shipbuilding and marine technology with decades worth of experiences in forged nuclear and pressure parts including forgings for deep-cold environments and ultra-low temperatures such as: Cryogenic valves - low temperature valves for cryogenics KB Schmiedetechnik GmbH develops forgings for cryogenic applications like the handling of liquified gases with cryogenic gate, globe or check valves during the production, transport and storage of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, LNG or even hydrogen or helium down to -269°C (4 Kelvin above absolute zero!). Leak-proof forgings: corrosion-resistant, non-embrittling, seawater-suitables. Forged blanks or machined parts like valve bodies, flanges, fittings and various tube connection. Acid-resistant forgings of all stainless-steel grades and superalloys, e.g.

  • Valves for industrial fittings
  • cryogenics
  • low temperature alloy
  • low temperature steel
