Swarf crushing is always the first step for an automated swarf processing

Large amounts of bushy turnings can be added and processed directly (i.e. from cart dumpers). The shredder with vertical cutters(normal or fine) is especially suitable for crushing tough materials and is fitted with an automatic large part ejector.

The patented one shaft crusher with automatic ejector of large parts. Especially suitable for use in machine pump back systems for chips and coolants. Large parts can no longer block the crusher and interrupt the operation.

The lift bottom centrifuge is designed for continuous operations. This up and down motion of the live bottom pushes the chips upward through the sieve. The centrifugal force, up to 500 times the force of gravity, will dry the chips, resulting in the maximum degree of de-oiling. The remaining oil content is extremely low. The dry chips fall down over the edge of the drum into a container. The are different models and different drives available.
