BLACKOUT A2 fabric is a special non-flammable blackout fabric for public buildings. There is a large selection of blackout fabrics for a wide variety of purposes. These fabrics all have one thing in common: they are usually flame-retardant, classified as B1 or M1, or have no flame-retardant properties at all. However, for use in public buildings with high visitor frequency, e.g. airports, train stations, museums, rail vehicles, cinemas, universities, schools, kindergartens, psychiatric institutions, hospitals, retirement homes or in other installation situations that require special fire protection, the classification "flame-retardant" is usually not sufficient. After extensive development, Stottrop-Textil has succeeded in offering a non-flammable blackout fabric . The certificate according to the new European standard EN 13501-1 was issued with the classification A2 -s2, d0 . The opaque fabric can therefore be used almost anywhere.

The GLASS 320 WHITE fabric is a special material for the demanding applications of textile construction Translucent materials have become essential for modern architecture. With their outstanding properties, these membrane materials can be used in the field of architecture or sun sails/protection . Glass fabrics have a high mechanical load-bearing capacity , high tensile strength and, as they are not an organic substance, they do not rot . In addition to many technical specifications, the aim of GLASS 320 white from the outset was to offer a fabric with a very high-quality, textile surface in a width of 320 cm . For use in public buildings with high footfall, e.g. airports, train stations, museums or in other installation situations that require special fire protection, it meets the requirement of non-flammability and is certified according to the new standard EN 13501-1 A2 -s1, d0.

This glass fiber fabric or facade fabric is coated with a Teflon coating . The chemical term for Teflon is PTFE. The unique properties of Teflon are already known from many other applications , e.g. the incomparable dirt repellency and the high stability against environmental influences. Due to these properties, the PTFE MESH glass fabric is the perfect material for your building envelope . A facade concept with which building structures can be marketed much more attractively. In the textile PTFE MESH fabric, we combine very strong glass fibers to form a defined, non-flammable mesh and encapsulate the fibers with a special PTFE coating . These Teflon fabrics are stretched over frames that are hung in front of the building's facade . The hole size can be chosen so that it is easy to look out through the facade from the inside of the building . From the outside, the building appears as a light and clear surface.

Fabric compensators are highly flexible and usually made of multi-ply fabric, offering excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance depending on the particular design. Mainly used in pipe and conduit systems to compensate for axial, lateral and angular movements. One major advantage of this type of compensator is the low restoring forces. Special fabric materials permit temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Additional insulation can be used to resist temperatures of up to 1,600°C . Applications: Chemical plants, refineries, metallurgical industry, ventilation systems, chimney construction, industrial furnace construction, power stations, boiler systems, waste incineration plants, acoustic decoupling. Materials: Kevlar, fibre glass, glass needle felt, stone mineral wool mats, ceramic fabric, ceramic fibre mats, silicate felt mats, silicate fabric, Teflon Connection types: Continuous screws and screwed counter flange, clamping bars, tensioning belts straps
