For a wide range of applications, we offer solutions made from glass fibre fabrics that are flame-retardant, non-combustible or resistant to high temperatures up to 1200 °C . There are also special products made from synthetic fabrics with B1 . Glass fibre fabric is certified according to the following standards / building material classes: EN 13501-1, A1 EN 13501-1, A2-s1,d0 EN 13501-1, B-s1,d0 DIN 4102 – A2 DIN 4102 – B1 AbP ASTM E84-15a GB 8624-2012 Class 0

The use of lightweight textiles outdoors has always been a challenge. The demands on modern architecture are becoming ever greater. There is hardly a fireproof glass fabric , i.e. A2 classified, and if there is one, it is usually heavy and darkens the room. With the GLASS PREMIUM article we have developed an A2 certified membrane material that not only looks very high quality but also lets in a lot of natural light . Its coating is dirt-repellent and keeps unsightly algae/verdigris away. Glass materials not only provide a particularly high-quality appearance but also extremely high strength for membranes , for example . The fact that it is a fabric and not a tarpaulin is immediately apparent to the observer. The Stottrop GLASS PREMIUM fabric is a fireproof material that is suitable for outdoor use and also offers an intelligent shade solution .

BLACKOUT A2 fabric is a special non-flammable blackout fabric for public buildings. There is a large selection of blackout fabrics for a wide variety of purposes. These fabrics all have one thing in common: they are usually flame-retardant, classified as B1 or M1, or have no flame-retardant properties at all. However, for use in public buildings with high visitor frequency, e.g. airports, train stations, museums, rail vehicles, cinemas, universities, schools, kindergartens, psychiatric institutions, hospitals, retirement homes or in other installation situations that require special fire protection, the classification "flame-retardant" is usually not sufficient. After extensive development, Stottrop-Textil has succeeded in offering a non-flammable blackout fabric . The certificate according to the new European standard EN 13501-1 was issued with the classification A2 -s2, d0 . The opaque fabric can therefore be used almost anywhere.

In many applications, objects must be moved or shifted to avoid unnecessary lifting. Pushing and sliding is easier than lifting. SLIPPY-TEX has low-friction surfaces on both sides that reduce frictional resistance to a minimum. This means that goods glide excellently over the fabric. Even heavy boxes or rolls glide easily on this thin polyester fabric. The fabric is very light and soft at 70 g/m². This means that the slippery fabric can be easily applied to large and small surfaces such as wood, plastic or metal. Good to know! Its characteristic check structure ensures that the fabric tears less quickly in the event of minor damage. The areas of application are diverse: Transport slides Storage and relocation aid Material flow support and much more With SLIPPY-TEX your goods glide more easily! You can find more fabrics for industrial applications here.

The glass fabric of a new generation! Silicone coated fabrics were among the first professional materials for textile architecture and industrial use . The high flexibility and ageing resistance are good reasons for these materials. Silicone fabrics have not been able to gain much traction due to their poor processability and often insufficient fire rating. STRONG GLASS SILICON A2 has been completely redesigned chemically and physically. This has enabled many problems of the past to be overcome. STRONG GLASS SILICON A 2 contains an extremely stable fabric for particularly robust applications. In addition to the very high tensile strength of 4,100 and 6,500 N/5 cm, it impresses with its high puncture resistance . The fact that it is almost completely resistant to bending makes a real difference. The glass fabric is almost as resistant as a tarpaulin! This makes the material ideal for a wide range of applications in industry and architecture .
