The µCAN.4.ai-F1 is the versatile universal measuring module for analogue standard signals. The module is designed to measure +/- 40 V or -20…+20 mA signals at an overall sampling rate of 4 kHz.

The module µCAN.1.sg-SNAP is designed to acquire strain gauge measurement signals such as forces, torques, sequences and voltages and transfers them via CAN.

The measurement data acquisition module µCAN.1.ai-SNAP acquires analogue measurement signals and links them to the digital CAN world.

We offer the appropriate interface device for separating, forming, processing, converting and conditioning analog signals. The product portfolio comprises analog signal isolators, isolating transducers, temperature measuring amplifiers, potentiometer amplifiers, trip amplifiers and level monitors - for simple and complex requirements, for Ex- and non-Ex applications, available in the IP20 housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized on-site remote control.

Our power supply lines and conductors are extremely rugged systems for supplying power and control signals to mobile equipment. They feature high transmission reliability and ease of installation and maintenance. And they are equally suitable for applications on cranes and other rail-mounted equipment. In harsh outdoor operating conditions and in dusty working environments. Depending on requirements, our power supply lines and conductors can be supplied in various designs with different numbers of poles.

The cable transmitter µCAN.1.ti-TRS is designed for the acquisition of one temperature signal and its digitization for being processed via CAN bus. The TRS module is integrated directly in the measurement line at a short distance from the source to avoid interference effectively.

The µCAN.8.pwm-SNAP unit is equipped with 8 outputs which provide pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within the range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.)

The transducer unit µCAN.8.ti-SNAP is equipped with 8 inputs for thermocouples or Pt100 sensors. The integrated CAN interface supports CANopen and J1939 protocols. Bit rate and node-ID may be set via DIP switches inside the device or via LSS.

The module µCAN.1.ti-SNAP is designed to acquire temperature signals via Pt100 or J, K and L type thermocouples.

At its eight outputs the µCAN.8.pwm-BOX provides pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within a range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.). The outlets are overload and short circuit protected. The µCAN.8.pwm-BOX is connected with the central control unit via CAN bus.

The cable transmitter µCAN.1.sg-TRS is the universal data acquisition module for standard analogue full bridge strain gauge signals. The bridge is powered via the transmitter. The TRS family is ideally suited for being integrated directly in the measuring lines at a short distance from the sensor.

The µCAN.1.sg-BOX is a decentralized CAN module for the acquisition of strain gauge or resistance bridge signals. The CAN interface supports the protocol CANopen.

Equipped with CAN or CANopen interfaces and a 19″ slide-in casing, the MicroControl µLAB is particulary suitable for measuring electric, thermal and mechanic signals in engine or components testing facilities. The signal wires are connected to the module by plug-in connectors in the front plate.

The µCAN.4.sg-BOX is a decentralized measurement data acquisition module for the acquisition of four strain gauges or resistance bridges. The resistance bridge data is acquired at a total sampling rate of 400 Hz.

The linear transducer model PWA measures the absolute position of the plunger without contact or wear using an inductive resonator measuring system. This consists of an excitation coil which causes an oscillating resonance circuit (moving target) fastened to the plunger to oscillate. This in turn excites the receiver coils fixed in the housing, which are printed on a printed circuit board. The integrated electronics transform these signals (sin/cos) into a signal proportionate to the linear travel. The measuring system is insensitive to electrical and magnetic fields. 0(4) to 20 mA and 0 to 10 VDC are available as standard as analogue signal outputs. CANopen, IO link and SSI are in preparation. The sensor is fastened using at least two retaining clips HK-01 or using sliding blocks ST-01. The sensor can be equipped with ball joints at the front and rear. Alternatively, the sensor's plunger can be designed as a button.

The DAIL fulfils the requirements of EN 1114-1 for overpressure protection of extrusion lines and offers maximum comfort of operation. The auto-zero function enables calibration directly on the device or from the observation point/controller. On the output side, the melt pressure transmitter provides a switch output in addition to the analog signal which enables switching off the machine in case of overpressure according to EN 13849-1, PL=c.
