GSW Shears find their place in CutToLength Lines or as Scrap Choppers. They are used to perform lasting and costefficient, no matter the roughness of the environment. Our pneumatic and hydraulic Shears are designed efficient in any way – and from 60 to 1500mm width The pneumatic machines run with up to 500 SPM while their heavy types are robust enough to lastingly process up to 3mm thick materials. Since they do not need hydraulic power or electric controls, they are extremely costefficient. If a combination of high SPM and thicker materials is necessary, our TSHL „light“ hydraulic Shears offer the solution. The TSHS series machines are built very heavy and stiff which allows them to cut up to 12mm thick materials. If yet larger widths than 1500mm are to be processed, we work together with most reliable German partners who supply us with highquality Shears in hydraulic, electric or servoelectric design. Immersion pumps series TH and FH use closed impellers in order to minimize power consumption and to optimize hydraulic pump efficiencies.In addition, the TH series offers high pressures at short immersion depths. Inline pumps of the series FH can be used as boostingpumps if provided with positive inlet pressure. This inlet pressure can be provided by the central coolant supply or a feed pump. In such a setup, pumps of the series FH can raise the incoming pressure by up to 26 bar. Extended length is possible. See mechanical/hydraulic features within the technical information section. Our range of transformers oil water coolers can be supplied in different mounting variants. The standard water cooler version is designed for direct mounting to the transformer tank. In addition, our range of products comprises free-standing transformer oil coolers designed to customer specifications. The coolers in general are used for specific types of transformers, such as furnace transformers or rectifier transformers. A further application is machine transformer cooling at hydraulic power plants. Transformer oil water coolers are available in different design versions.
