With CONSTAB CON-Batch 30X, films can be produced denser and firmer - the layer thickness, on the other hand, can be reduced by approx. 25 %, the heating power by approx. 20 %. CONSTAB CON-Batch 30X masterbatch is used, for example, in the production of thermoformable sheets and enables the overall thickness of the sheet to be reduced by up to 30% while maintaining its mechanical integrity. It improves the mechanical and optical properties of the final product. In addition, the masterbatch serves as a processing aid in extrusion applications, enabling higher production speeds and a wider processing window, while reducing energy consumption. CON-Batch 30X can be easily used in monofilms and thus recycled. CON-Batch 30X can be supplied with a certificate confirming CO₂-neutrality.

It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto glas or ceramic products like wine or spirits bottles as well as promotional or cosmetic products made from ABS. Furthermore, it offers self-crosslinking capabilities which increase the adhesion even further. It shows great resistance against water and heat. The particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

Fillers characteristically have a high concentration of mineral substances. Depending on the application, properties like increased stiffness, paperlike effects, and improved printability can be achieved in the end product through their use. In addition they can help reduce polymer consumption in order to cut costs.

Static charge can occur and cause static sparking when two plastic surfaces are rubbed against one another. It also promotes the attraction of dust and reduces processing speeds. These negative surface effects can be prevented by adding migrating polar additives to the polymer matrix.

The polymer structure in the end product can be damaged by high processing temperatures as well as by environmental influences. Thermo stabilizers noticeably reduce this effect and offer significant benefits during production as well during storage and in end applications.
