Our wheels and wheel block systems are designed and manufactured as modular solutions for a wide variety of applications. Our geared motors are configured from a modular range of motors and gearboxes that are designed for a perfect match. Our modular system enables us to implement solutions tailored to meet your needs quickly and costeffectively using standardized sub-assemblies to create offset geared motors, angular geared motors and helical geared motors. This saves you valuable project engineering time – and gives you the certainty of reliable specification. At the same time, you benefit from our extensive design and application expertise in every module.

Our motors perform a wide variety of industrial drive tasks. Reliably and effectively. For example, our type Z cylindrical-rotor brake motors – also as brake motors – offer high drive efficiency – also in continuous duty. They are specially designed to match our gearbox range and provide for simple project engineering. Our conical-rotor brake motors with outputs of up to 55 kW are used for stopping-and-starting drives or for direct line-fed travel applications. Thanks to their unique brake principle, they are the first choice wherever demanding requirements have to be met by the brake.

Demag frequency inverters ensure that your motors deliver the performance that you expect. We offer solutions for virtually all drive applications with our Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO ranges, to meet even the most demanding requirements. Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO provide optimum utilization of motor output for variable speed control. The starting current is limited and, at the same time, the motor and gearbox loads are reduced – any mechanical elements (including the crane girders and crane runway) are protected and loads are transported smoothly and gently.

The latest development in lifting platform technology is based on mechanical drive technology using belts. Hydraulic oil is not required. Due to a patented catch system, BELT-LINE meets the safety requirements laid down in DIN EN 1570. The combination of exemplary positioning accuracy, smooth running and long service life is the reason the BELT-LINE is an economical precision solution, and not only for sensitive areas. Exemplary smooth running BELT-LINE convinces with a low noise and harmonious movement sequence, paired with maximum lifting speed and positioning precision. Minimum maintenance time and costs without hydraulic oil In particular in sensitive areas, the robust BELT-LINE technology with its long operating life is the best possible solution. The low-wear components can be quickly replaced due to the modular design. Excellent load change behaviour In the design phase, particular emphasis was placed on developing an excellent load change behaviour. The resilient suspension behaviour is only surpassed by LAWECO push-chain lift platforms.

In many areas of mechanical engineering, electromechanical drives are replacing hydraulic units in order to avoid the risk of oil leaking into water or the danger to people from burning liquids. Our electric lifting cylinders have been specially developed for use in hydraulic steel construction. They are suitable as drives for contactors and bridge actuation, as well as for lock gates and barrages. With our modular system, various designs such as trapezoidal, ball or planetary roller screw drive can be realized. Limit switches for permanent travel or load measurement can be integrated. The drive systems are equipped with environmentally friendly, biodegradable fat filled to meet the strict environmental requirements. They are characterized by a special design adapted to the intended use, a high level of serviceability and versatility. Our electric lifting cylinders form a reliable and sustainable alternative to hydraulic lifting cylinders in various fields of application.
