Manual marking die sets in engraved design for figures from 0 to 9 or letter sets from A to Z in various fonts according to DIN 1451 – in narrow font, narrow-medium font or broad font, alternatively also individually in Arial, Eurobold, etc. The dies can also be made in dotted low-stress design.

Manual stamping presses for steel, tool and machine engineering for simply labelling of multi-digit texts. For standard stamping presses we offer font sizes of 1 to 10 mm with 11 labelling fields on the wheel circumference. By removing the pin stop, the wheels can be easily rotated, which allows setting the desired combination. The striking cap can also be replaced.

When used with a commercially available vice, STAUFF manual tube benders, type TUB-MA, enable common hydraulic tubes to be bent manually. They are suitable for steel and stainless steel tubes with diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 22 mm with a defined minimum wall thickness. In addition to the metric version, a model for handling imperial tubes with diameters of between 1/4 and 7/8 inches is also available. The eight bending rollers – six in the imperial version – ensure maximum wear. A scale lasered onto the bending rollers enhances the accuracy of the required bending angle with superior precision. The Motion06 Manual Sorting Belt Conveyor is used in those places where bulky luggage is collected centrally from the various luggage lines and prepared for inspection. As a special solution, it can be adjusted to a huge range of conditions, such as conveyor height, positioning of the control system, belt lengths, conveying direction or conveying speed. The heart of the sorting belt is formed by two plastic link conveyors, which are characterised by a very smooth and wearresistant surface and have a far longer life span than roller tables that have been used in the past. The individual pieces of luggage are transported to a certain position by the electronic link conveyor and then manually pushed off in the direction of the conveyor. This procedure makes the work of airport personnel considerably easier.
