The axial fan model TTV 7000 is a specially designed solution for industries requiring film and event services. The TTV platform is placed at the centre of the axial fan. The principal aim of the TTV series of fans is to provide highest of performances, delivering economically and achieving high levels of flexibility. The TTV series aims at catering to more applications using lesser tools. The on-site flexibility is enhanced due to the fact that applications can be changed as and when desired on-site to meet the ever demanding industry. Multiple tasks can be addressed by just one fan fitted into the system. The system is also protected from splash water, it can be stacked over to save space and is extremely economic and delivers exceedingly high levels of efficiency.

The TTV series fans follows one specific aim with each new development and that is to achieve the utmost economic efficiency with the highest flexibility using as little modules as possible. In more simple terms, instead of an abundance of appliances use an abundance of applications. The on-site flexibility on this concept of the platform is increased, due to the fan application being interchangeable even at the shortest notice. The end result is with even one fan, you’re able to fulfill a variety of tasks that would normally have needed many appliances. There are many practical advantages such as easy maintenance, easy storage, splash waterproof, and for higher economic efficiency they are stackable.

TDS 50 Electric Fan Heater The TDS 50 electric heater provides a heating performance between 4.5 kW and 9 kW in 3 stages (stage 1 only fan). Furthermore the TDS 50 has an integrated thermostat for continously adjusting the desired temperature. In comparison to direct fired gas or oil heaters, the electric fan heaters of the TDS series dont consume oxygen or produce combustion gases. Because of that this devices can be used everywhere, in particular for temperature control of unheated interiors. ELECTRIC HEATER FAN TDS 10Small firebrand with impressive inner values There are many electric heater fans – but only one original Trotec TDS series. Distinctively recognizable by the logo printed on the side, even the smallest electric heater fan of our TDS series presents itself to you in markedly good shape. And not only on the surface. A second glance may well be worthwhile, in every respect, little by little, can add up to a great difference! Only the TDS electric heater fans from Trotec are equipped with two convenient attachment screws mounted to the sides in order to accommodate the optionally available wall and ceiling holders. With the electric heater fan TDS 10, the desired temperature can easily be adjusted via an infinitely variable thermostat, which automatically switches the heating elements on as needed in addition to the permanent fan to save energy.

OIL HEATER FAN IDE 20Flexible all-rounder for a wide range of heating applications: the ultramobile oil fan heater IDE 20 Hot air in a trice at a low price: The smallest oil heater fan of the IDE series from Trotec comes up trumps if you are looking for a compact and low-priced yet reliable oil heating solution for flexible heating applications. Whether in workshops, warehouses, production zones or on construction sites – with a heating capacity of 20 kW the IDE 20 confidently generates clean and dry hot air in quantities of up to 600 m³/h. Even longer outdoor applications present no obstacle to the oil heater fan IDE 20, because it is provided with a durable housing made of doubly coated material, borne by a smooth-running carriage construction with cable holders and installed fuel tank. When employing the optionally available flue gas discharge, this heating device can also be flexibly used for the fully automatic heating of closed rooms.

The term inline filter refers to an expandable, bolted, modular system. Depending on requirements, appropriate filter and air injection sections are connected together in series. The capacity range extends from approx. 10,000–300,000 m³/h. RS / RX filter The RS / RX series are a proven, expandable, modular system with low-pressure purge-air cleaning. Depending on requirements, appropriate filter and air injection sections are connected together in series. The capacity range extends from approx. 20,000–300,000 m³/h. RS / RX filters are suitable only for vacuum and positive pressure operation. The housing parts are usually made of 2 mm thick galvanised sheet steel. A thicker material in a painted execution as well as in stainless steel is also optionally available. The RS / RX series is 2.85 m wide. Filter hose lengths of 3 m (standard) and 4 m are available for this. The RSEC series has been designed for smaller air quantities and for above-roof installation. This series has a housing width of 2.4 m and 2 m-long filter hoses. The filter hoses are manufactured from polyester needle felt; the filtering direction is from the outside inwards. Filter cartridges and filter tubes are alternatively possible. The filter hoses are cleaned off using the material-preserving low-pressure purge-air system. The purging trolley inside the clean air compartment drives over the hose openings either continuously or controlled by pressure. In the direction of movement the first filter hose row is neutralised, while the second row is flushed from the clean air side. The third row is likewise neutralised. This results in a draught delay, which is necessary in order to allow the dislodged dust to fall into the discharge. The dust is discharged by a tried-and-tested drag conveyor with a downstream cellular wheel sluice. The return air pipes are provided with fire protection flaps and switching devices for exhaust air operation. The filter housing has been tested for resistance to pressure surges. Standard safety devices include likewise tested explosion pressure relief devices, fire extinguishing systems, mechanical and thermal monitoring systems as well as pressure-surge-resistant and flameproof cellular wheel sluices. The transport fan is arranged on the clean air side and is not exposed to swarf and dust. Hence, the conditions of a dust explosion zone do not prevail in the transport fan. RSV/RXV filter This series essentially differs from the RS/RX series in that its fans are arranged on the clean air side. RSV/RXV filters are suitable only for vacuum pressure operation. The capacity range extends from approx. 20,000 - 300,000 m³/h. The filter hoses are likewise cleaned off using the material-preserving low-pressure purge-air system.
