The OPTIFLUX 5000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 5100 and OPTIFLUX 5300 electromagnetic flowmeters for aggressive and abrasive media and other demanding applications with conductive liquids.

The OPTIFLUX 1000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 1050, OPTIFLUX 1100 and OPTIFLUX 1300 electromagnetic flowmeters for water and other conductive, non-abrasive media and OEM machinery applications.

The OPTIFLUX 4000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 4050, OPTIFLUX 4100 and OPTIFLUX 4300 electromagnetic flowmeters for basic to advanced applications with aggressive and abrasive media or other conductive liquids.

The OPTIBAR PC 5060 is a pressure transmitter for process pressure and hydrostatic level measurement in all kinds of process applications. It is designed for absolute and gauge pressure measurement in open tanks and – as dual version for electronic differential pressure measurement – also in closed vessels. The pressure device features a ceramic capacitive measuring cell that guarantees maximum overload and vacuum resistance for high plant availability. The measuring cell can be built into the process absolutely flush and the radially recessed position of the gasket provides additional protection in abrasive media. It is resistant to sudden temperature shocks and can handle operating temperatures of up to +150°C/ +302°F. The OPTIBAR PC 5060 comes with robust plastic and aluminium housing or hygienic stainless steel versions (incl. ingress protection IP69k). The pressure transmitter comes with various diagnostics and digital communication options.

Efficient mass finishing for the toughest requirements With a circular vibrator from our CB range, you get a mass finishing machine that works efficiently and achieves perfect processing results. The working channel is helically shaped and allows you to gently process your workpiece whilst ensuring high material abrasion. Gate clearing at the push of a button By pressing a button on the unit, you can quickly reverse the motor's direction of rotation before separating your workpieces from the abrasive media. This ensures that no workpieces or abrasive media are left on the gate that could get trapped between the separator flap and the working channel. Ideally suited for ball polishing and pressure deburring The CB circular vibrators stand out thanks to their robust steel construction and reinforced imbalance drive in the ball polishing configuration. This makes them ideal for ball polishing and pressure deburring with blasting medium.

The CF circular vibrators are easy to operate and can be expanded with accessories for sound deadening or metering, for example. PROCESSING AND SEPARATION – SMOOTH MASS FINISHING The work bowl with an evenly rising floor is perfect for processing your workpieces, as the zero-maintenance vibration flange motor works at two different speeds. The pneumatic separator flap and long separation zone allow you to gently separate your workpieces from the abrasive media. This creates a smooth mass finishing process with excellent results.

MV multivibratorsThe finishing touch for complex shapes If you have workpieces with hard-to-process contours that require fine finishing or polishing, the multivibrators of the MV series are the ideal choice. The respective workpiece is secured mechanically or electromagnetically, and processed using vibrating abrasive media and special fluids. This ensures a consistent finish on both the internal and external surfaces. Automated internal finishing on premium parts Our multivibrators each have three high-speed imbalance drives that allow you to vary the position and rotation direction. This enables extremely small vibration amplitudes, ensuring high surface quality for your workpieces – even on difficult-to-reach areas. Delicate bars are protected, the workpiece contours are retained, and even small-diameter boreholes can be processed internally.

Robust mass finishing machines with separation zone The CD series of circular vibrators are robustly built and stand out thanks to their wide range of potential uses. From polishing and smoothing to deburring, the integrated screening unit helps easily separate workpiece and abrasive media using a manually or pneumatically powered separator flap. The CD circular vibrators are available in configurations from 110 to 1,200 litres of gross volume. Perfect configuration for large workpieces Thanks to the flat bowl bottom and the large opening between the bowl bottom and the separator flap, processing your large and sensitive workpieces is easy. EXTREMELY GENTLE PROCESSINGRotating barrels offer a cost-effective and technically ideal solution, particularly when processing small parts in medium batches. This helps you get fine surfaces with neatly rounded workpiece edges, thanks also to the relatively long processing times. Trowal rotating barrels are also excellent for fine finishing and polishing. SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY The barrel body is an octagonal, welded, biconal structure. It generates a triple sliding action in the mass of abrasive media with the workpieces to be processed. The lining consists of tear-proof rubber or PU, with the tight-sealing safety cover made of polyurethane. BARREL BODY WITH LIFTING AND LOWERING DEVICE The automatic lifting and lowering device lets you quickly feed and empty the barrel body. This is a major advantage, especially when processing times are short and when you are operating multiple rotating barrels.

INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONSIf you are searching for a custom solution for your mass finishing processes, the TT...B series is the best choice. The modular system allows you to fit the individual machines with feeders, screening machines and abrasive media return transport systems as required.
