secutex protective sleeves are vital when turning over coils. The lifting strap is attached to a crane hook and attached to the load with the secutex protective sleeve. During lifting, the strap moves freely through the protective sleeve while the latter remains motionless against the load. This means that turning the load 90° is possible without any problem whatsoever. If the load is paced to the other side according to the same principle, it can be also be turned by 180°. The lifting strap can slide through the protective sleeve during the turning process. The protective sleeve and load, however, remain in constant contact. Our tips for safe turning – The lifting strap is exactly at „12 o‘clock“ over the centre of the coil. – Only individual, unpackaged and cleanlywrapped coils may be turned. – A nonslip surface, such as the secutex turning mat (cf.p. 102] must be used. – The coil must be prevented from rolling in or sliding perpendicularly to the lifting strap.

The closed lead-acid battery, grid | power V L consists of positive tubular plates and negative grid plates and offers an extremely long cycle life due to its construction. It is one of the longest-lasting lead-acid batteries and is also characterized by its robustness. The grid | power V L are ideally suited for use in areas with high cyclic and capacitive loads, such as power supply systems, telecommunications equipment or long bridging times (between 1 h and > 10 h) for emergency lighting.

The cement stored in the cement silos can be quickly discharged to the cement trailers (bulk carrier) by means of ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow. This system has a special structure with support legs allowing the bulk carrier parking under the discharge point and is equipped with a suitable bellow for feeding the material. ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow is equipped with level indicator to stop loading and lift up the bellow when it is in contact with the cement (material filling process is finalized). The bellow is also equipped with fan filter system to prevent powder during the material filling process. The system includes a control panel as well.

In principle, in the parallel arrangement, the vertically aligned rotary drive axis (swivel motor) is placed next to the linear drive axis, which is also vertically aligned and preferably consists of two linear cylinders. The swivel motor is inserted and lifted in a motor support mounted separately in linear guides. The pallet holder is mounted directly on the shaft of the swivel motor or in a separate pivot bearing in the motor support. Impressive development of the SHS series is assured with the design of the SHS3 switch. Having to replace the safety hinge switch whenever the equipment is bumped or damaged due to mechanical stress is unnecessary thanks to the solution offered by the SHS series. The hinge setting can be corrected even after the switching point is set. This process can be done with the assistance of the integrated adjustment system. The hinge switch is also reusable even when the system itself needs to be converted. Thanks to change kits, the operator can redefine the switching point without compromising the IP 67 protection rating.
