The energy market called for technical solutions contributing to a mains stabilization and benefiting from the potential of favourable energy prices at the same time. The warm water boilers can be delivered in a power range from 35 kW up to 1.2 MW whereas the hot water boilers are available with a capacity of max. 10 MW. By means of parallel or series connection of several systems the power range can be extended optionally. The functional principle of warm and hot water boilers relies on the direct heating of flowing water via numerous resistance heating elements. For control purposes, they are summarized in groups which are either switched in steps or triggered infinitely variable via a thyristor power controller.

Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. As an alternative to other energy types in new buildings or when converting central heating units, these boilers offer a universal range of applications radiator heating, floor heating, mixed systems or bivalent operation with other energy types. Depending on the relevant operating conditions of the energy supplier, the boilers are used for direct or storage heating by utilising free electric power during off peak times.

CSN® tank heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids (Oil, Water, Emulsions), air and gases. They contribute to the avoidance of paraffin clouds in fuel oil or Diesel storage tanks. Depending on type, multi-directional dampers can be loaded in every axis. In our standard vibration dampers of the GDZ series two all-metal cushions are installed. Depending on the assembly, these cushions are load with pressure or tension. Vibration dampers of the series 7 have another cushion obstructed which allows them to absorb load in horizontal direction additionally. The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

The use of direct cooling is always an advantage when a high cooling capacity is requires and the temperature differences between cooling water and circulating water are low. Here cooling water is directly and without temperature loss supplied to the circulation circuit. Absolute reliability, high regulating accuracy, easy operation and a favorable price/performance ratio: apart from the versatile performance features a modern temperature machine has to fulfill, these are the key criteria in the temperature controller wd series.

Temperature controllers of the teco series cd are designed for the operation with water and direct cooling up to 95 °C or 120 °C. The temperature of the process water is controlled automatically. A temperature sensor, installed inside the unit, measures available actual temperature. The microprocessor control with membrane keyboard or touchscreen operation compares measured value and preselect set value and controls heating or cooling. A trouble free operation is guaranteed by a complete safety system.

Our range of transformers oil water coolers can be supplied in different mounting variants. The standard water cooler version is designed for direct mounting to the transformer tank. In addition, our range of products comprises free-standing transformer oil coolers designed to customer specifications. The coolers in general are used for specific types of transformers, such as furnace transformers or rectifier transformers. SR12 series is a high torque clutch that can move your equipment and products smoothly and stop heavy objects at any position.

The APG-process by HÜBERS permits short cycle times thanks to rapid gelation and demoulding with automatic opening and closing of the mould. During the gelling process, fresh material is supplied continuously to the mould under pressure in order to prevent cracks and voids and to compensate for the shrinkage of the material. The mould is held together by the clamping machine. The degassed material is injected into the APG mould directly from the static mixer. Shrinkage compensation is carried out by the HÜBERS metering pumps. One central mixing and metering system can serve several clamping machines. In this case each clamping machine has its own static mixer positioned directly in front of the mould and also has its own shrinkage compensation unit to maintain the pressure. The system is supplied via a ring line which requires no maintenance and is free of sedimentation. In principle the length of this line is insignificant.

The KRP model series rotary encoders are intended for connecting directly to the Ethernet/IP network. Setting the address, baud rate or terminating resistances is not necessary. The IP address is assigned via a BOOTP or DHCP server in the Ethernet/IP network.The integrated 2-fold switch enables the KRP model series rotary encoders to be used in star, tree and line network topologies.
