The safe and efficient construction and operation of gas transmission systems calls for complex decisions; there are a number of prerequisites that must be met. This applies to many areas such as material selection, component design and sizing, well-founded assessments of the condition of pipelines and facilities based on various test procedures, the determination of the repair and maintenance work required as well as quality assurance for materials, procedures and personnel. We offer a comprehensive service portfolio in this area, based on the experience and know-how gained from the operation of our pipeline network and the technical infrastructure available for this purpose.

In enabling Riedel’s acclaimed networked approach to signal distribution and routing, the 2-RU large-scale MediorNet MetroN Core Router provides intense real-time signal-routing capacity (32x10G/32x4.25G ports) and offers non-blocking switching. MetroN provides robust video router functionality with switching delays of <40ms as well as high-speed re-routing that allows as many as 1,000 connections to be re-routed in less than a second. A single MetroN allows for building video routers with up to 192 HD-SDI and theoretically an unlimited number of outputs. Router control can be done with MediorWorks software as well as with most 3rd party control systems using the Probel or Ember+ protocol. Versatile multi-axis system designed for feeding machine stations. The Y axis can be realized with a rack and pinion driving system for multiple independent carriages or with a short belt system for connected Z axes. Versatile transfer system for metal sheet handling, designed as the main element in a series of presses which eventually combine with load/unload systems. The system features high positioning precision with heavy duty cycles and high dynamics, and is also available for very extended lengths. It manages cantilever loads to keep one side of the series free for operations. The system is driven by a belt with Ω transmission. Two current examples of Dressler Group innovations: Spherical Powder Technology (SPT) and the development of integrated processes. SPT is a process that allows powders to be made out of high-performance polymers that cannot otherwise be pulverised. This opens up completely new kinds of applications, using processes such as 3D printing/additive manufacturing, that were equally impossible before. The xiX- Series is the integrators dream. With only 26.4 x 26.4 x 31 mm and 30 grams it is the smallest camera featuring Sony Pregius™. The fast CMOS sensor offers a high range of High Speed and high frame rates from 2.3 Mpix at 166 Fps to 50 Mpix at 33 Fps. The xiX cameras stream images to the host computer via 2 or 4 lanes on a OCI Express Gen2 bus. Together with minimal latencies and CPU load, the cameras are a perfect fit for embedded vision and multi-camera applications. Thanks to flat flex cabling, the board-level and semi-housed variants allow integration in tight spaces and close proximity between cameras.

The EcoMaster ZWG has a reliable, multistage intermediate gearbox with additional overdrive function. This makes it possible to minimise fuel consumption at any time by working at a low engine speed. This means that the right machine size is always available for every application. In the additionally available overdrive, the machine's engine is in the optimum consumption range with maximum output at the same time. This offers the full litre output with a comparably low fuel consumption. Noise emission is considerably reduced by the speed reduction. The shifting process is conveniently controlled via a display and takes place loadfree during operation.

With the decentralised solution, gwk adds a machine series that offers a high level of flexibility for numerous applications to its portfolio. The customer can individually and precisely set the ideal cooling water temperature for every production machine and for every process in production. Thanks to the direct connection to the consumer, there are no thermal losses, but instead a high flow rate and constant pressure. The weco wd series consists of easy to operate plug&play machines that can easily be installed and commissioned. Three processes can be run with the solution: Free cooling, refrigeration process for low temperatures down to -5°C and temperature control up to 90 °C –everything can be chosen as desired. There is a total of four models with cooling powers between 14 kW and 36 kW (at 15 °C feed flow temperature) and heating powers between 9 kW and 36 kW.

The new UNI Dicht TRI achieves the highest shielding attenuation values over the complete frequency range and convinces with a very high current carrying capacity for the reliable discharge of undesirably high shielding currents. The installation is simple and safe: only the cable sheath has to be removed at the contact point where the shielding braid is to be contacted. As soon as the cable is inserted into the cable gland, the TRI spring makes reliable contact with the cable shield, even in the case of non-circular or off-centre cables. In any case, this type of contacting from PFLITSCH means that the cable shield does not have to be exposed until directly at the connection point in the control cabinet. Because the shielding braid remains 100% intact, maximum shielding attenuation is achieved and the useful signals are transmitted without unnecessary interference from noise signals.

Recording of the angular position and revolutions by means of Hall sensors - multiturn version with absolute multiturn transmission for up to 4096 revolutions - data output plus parameterisation and diagnosis via PROFINET. Robust housing manufactured from seawater-resistant aluminium or stainless steel - stainless steel shaft - ball bearing with radial shaft seal-sensor circuit consisting of ASIC with Hall elements - electrical connection via M12 connector or cable outlet. The Profinet interface according to IEC 61158 / 61784 or PNO specifications order No. 2.712 and 2.722, version 2.2, is integrated into the model series TRT absolute encoders. Real time classes 1 - 3 are supported, i.e. Real Time (RT) and Isochronous Real Time (IRT) plus the requirements of conformance class C. Setting the address, baud rate or terminating resistances is not necessary. A name, which is stored in the absolute encoder's non-volatile memory, is assigned via the PROFINET controller to address the device.

This encoder can be integrated inside the "Pin Joint" of heavy machinery equipment. The mounting is straightforward. This encoder is completely integrated in the joint and avoids external parts.

Use of the CANopen over EtherCAT message and the CANopen encoder profile enable parameter and diagnostic data handling as familiar from CANopen. These are contained in an object directory under the same indices as in the case of CANopen.

The DAIP Series incorporates a heated sensor tip, which limits the potential for sensor damage relating to the membrane, resulting from installation or removal of the pressure transmitter. Additionally, it offers the comfort of the DAI series in combination with temperature measurement, allowing for heater control. The Gneuss patented heated sensor tip allows the sensor to be easily removed from a “frozen” melt without any problems. The diaphragm is not damaged when the polymer contracts.
