QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

INFRARED HEATING PANEL TIH 500 SFlexibly usable flat heating panel for wall drying, effective spot heating or as a decorative heating element We strongly recommend using the infrared heating panel TIH 500 S when conventional air heaters have reached their limits for process-related reasons, when rooms without a heating are to be equipped with an effective heat source without costly modifications, or when you want to provide additional cosy warmth in your own four walls in a targeted and cost-effective manner. For while classical heating devices work with convection heat, which means that they use the ambient air as heat transfer medium, heat it up and distribute it in the room, the heating panel TIH 500 S generates direct heat by means of infrared radiation without convective loss and thus works on the same principle as the sun. This functional principle provides manifold possibilities of use for the infrared heating panel TIH 500 S:

The infrared heating panel TIH 900 S supplied in TÜV-tested quality comes with all the references to be expected of a branded heating panel. This includes i.a. the efficient heating procedure with environmentally sound IR-C radiation, where 100 % of the electrical energy input is converted into heat output. Moreover, the TIH 900 S generates a cosy and clean warmth – without noises, smells, condensate or the unpleasant circulation of dust. Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. The braking fluid thermocouple from Therma convinces not only with its compact construction but also with its simple installation. Just screw it in in-place of the air vent screw to measure the temperature of the brake fluid. The subsequent sheathing line can then be comfortably bent in the required direction. When the thermocouple is screwed in, the braking system is then vented through its thread. The temperature measurement of the brake fluid, along with the brake disc surface measurement, also supplies important control values for a successful and safe race. During long races or races with many downhill routes, the brake disc overheats over-proportionally. The accruing radiation heat during this has a direct effect on the brake fluid, respectively heats it up. Depending on the type of brake fluid being used, it already reaches its boiling point at approx. 140–260 °C.
