With the Praxas Container Liner - without Floor, also known as a container bag, you convert a container into a safe and efficient means of transporting goods. The container liner is a protected packaging bag specifically designed to transport temperature sensitive goods such as chocolate, wine, seeds, cosmetics and chemicals in a safe and stable environment. Place this container liner inside the container and you have an additional inner wall that protects the goods from contamination, temperature changes, moisture, heat radiation and hot air circulation.

Our Infrared ovens can be produced as conveyor belt tunnel or internal return (U) type. Our ovens have andirect heating system with radiation heat transfer. They are used due to the cure flat shaped parts after wet or powder coating paint applications. They are preferred because they can cure the paint three times faster than the convectional type ovens. They can be produced with natural gas or lamp type infrareds. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with a galvanizedor stainless steel sheets and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thicknesses determined and rock wool or glass wool is used for insulation.

QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

To keep below the reduced surface temperature of 115°C we chose appropriate power layout. Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

Hazardous area radiators ATEX II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T6 ATEX The „FLR“ range of liquid filled, electrically heated radiators has been specifically designed for providing heating in zone 1 or 2 and zone 21 or 22 hazardous areas where airborne dust particles are of particular concern.
