WIWOX® DP-EU pressure blasting cabinets clean and process tools and parts in just a few seconds. Fine blasting granulates are shot onto the surface by means of compressed air and remove dirt and corrosion. The blasting nozzle is manually guided during the processing of individual parts. Process automation is also possible. For this purpose, the workpiece or the blasting nozzle is moved by motor. The pressure blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues and layers, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Deburring and finishing of surfaces is also possible. In extensive tests with your tools you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system. We will provide you with a test facility for this purpose after consultation.

During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

Glass surfaces are extremely smooth and meet high hygiene requirements. They are more resistant than plastic and have a high temperature, as well as high chemical resistance. In addition, glass decors ensure a design-oriented and high-quality finish. We offer molded glass parts for a variety of industrial and electronic applications. These include, for example, cover glasses and decor glasses for electronic products and protective glasses for displays. The glasses are usually made of float glass or white glass and thermally hardened ESG glass. The strength is from 0.55 to 19.0mm. For applications in the field of display protection, we also offer ultra-thin chemically hardened front glasses (0.3 – 8.0 mm). Other types of glass include borosilicate glass, quartz glass, magic mirror glass and touch panel glass.

Our care products specially developed for Plexiglas help you to maintain the beauty and value of the material for years and decades. In comparison to silicate glass, two properties must be taken into particular consideration when caring for and cleaning acrylic glass. On the one hand the lower surface hardness and therefore higher susceptibility to scratches of acrylic glass, on the other hand the susceptibility of acrylic glass to solvents, especially organic ones. The use of incompatible polishing materials can cause stress cracks and matt surfaces. With fakopol® a care product is available, which is specially developed for the properties of Plexiglas, other acrylic glass and plastics. It has both cleaning and polishing action, removes wipe scratches and marks and is ideal for finishing of industrially manufactured parts. Gives long-lasting protection and glossy deep shine. The treatment process is quite simple.

Technical plastics for industry are a further speciality of IBK. We produce plastic parts to your specifications (ISO, CAD, drawing) for all temperature ranges and with specific chemical resistance. Mass coating of small parts using the hot drum process Coating with the Rotamat is the economical solution for the surface finishing of mass-produced small parts made of elastomers, metal or wood - for example, O-rings, handles, springs or screws. Even geometrically complicated or particularly sensitive parts leave the machine perfectly coated and dry. The coating process is fully automatic, so that the time-consuming insertion or suspension of the parts on racks - which is necessary with conventional automatic coating machines - is no longer necessary. The AT-Cleaner coolant filtration system offers advanced cleaning for water-soluble coolants using a proprietary hydraulic centrifugal separator that is media and maintenance-free. The media-free design offers for significant savings on consumables and downtime versus typical bag filters. The cleaner coolant, to 10-15 microns, increases coolant, pump, and tool life while improving part accuracy and finish.
