Our plant is fully automated and employs industry leading pre-treatment process OXSILAN®. OXSILAN® is a new metal pre-treatment technology that is free from hazardous chemicals and provides superior corrosion resistance for a wide range of metal substrates. OXSILAN® replaces traditional iron and zinc phosphate products. The products provide a superior ecological profile. OXSILAN® is suitable for metal surface treatment, e.g. cold rolled steel, aluminium, zinc coated steels, as well as multi-metal applications.

PAI material considers the most efficient fusible thermoplastic in terms of temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical stress. Its mechanical strength at 205 °C surpasses many engineering plastics at room temperature. BIEGLO offers PAI finished parts of the following types: Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF). Each type is best suited for a particular application. Polyamide-imide can be used for a lot of appliations like gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures. In addition, PAI material is ideal for high-temperature thermal insulators, burn-in test sockets, valve seats, fasteners, mechanical connections, rollers, labyrinth seals, drive wheels, valve plates, vanes and support gaskets.

Due to the integration of raw material sources (granulate and powder) up to the application technology we can recommend you the suitable processing of PEEK. PEEK finished parts can be produced for a variety of applications, for examples, compressor valve plates, fittings or screws. Finished parts can be produced by turning, injection molding, CNC machining or in the 3D printer.

Aluminum can also be used in artistic casting, although it is most often used in railings for historic buildings, balconies and street furniture due to its lightness and wear resistance making it ideal for use in sculptures and artistic pieces. Weight Aluminum is a lightweight material, which makes it easier to handle and transport castings. Surface The surface of cast aluminum is smooth and can be polished to a high-gloss finish. Aluminum parts can withstand are resistant and can withstand adverse conditions, such as exposure to weather and temperature changes. Cost benefit The aluminum casting process is relatively cost-efficient, making it accessible to artists and artistic projects.

More space to work – let the rods out! In particular applications, it can be necessary that the rod leaves the clamping head, e.g. for reasons of accessibility or restrictions regarding space that do not allow a rod that is permanently in place. Especially in applications where moulds are closed and kept closed against high forces with the SITEMA PowerStroke, it is a big advantage when the rod can leave the clamping head. Thus, the rods are no obstacle when taking finished parts out of the mould or when handling parts. With certain modifications, most of our series can be adapted as special designs to allow the rod leaving and re-entering the clamping head. Using our own fleet of latest-generation vehicles to handle distribution within Italy and the rest of Europe, we manage the entire distribution process, transporting finished products and spare parts from the point where they were produced direct to the customer.

Surface Varnishing Our products are raw, waxed or with a high-quality finish available - of course, all used paints comply with the DIN EN-71 standard for children's toys.

OSKAR S M-800 is especially formulated for mouldings with high exoterm temperature or preheated moulds in polyester, epoxy, aluminium or nickel. lt contains a mixture of high quality synthetic waxes and lubricants, to provide an outstanding heat resistant mould protection and easy release of finished parts.

100% No: 1 Grade Carnauba Base. OSKAR'S M-700, especially formulated for easier application to polyester- and epoxy moulds. Highly heat-resistant. Provides outstanding mould protection and easy release of finished parts. Formulated to prevent wax build-up. Silicone free.

M-100 is a universal- fast cutting mixture of extremely fine and medium fine abrasive particles with outstanding polishing action. Formulated to simplify all normal buffing and mould preparation, and for maintenance and repairs of polyester and epoxy moulds. Recommended for removal of sanding marks and mould imperfections, a one­product-system, giving a deep gloss finish, also on finished parts for a final touch-up of hazy or dull finishes. For high temperature machine buffing. Contains no additives harmful to polyester gelcoats or epoxy surfaces. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

Unloading machine Multi-3000 remove The Multi-3000 remove is an electro-pneumatically controlled automatic unloading machine. It is the ideal complement to the bar feeder Multi 3000 or the Multi 3000SL. With the Multi 3000 remove it is possible to unload finished parts from sub- or main spindle. The bars are unloaded by unloading tube, pneumatic gripper or also by collet chuck. After unloading, the bars are placed on a prism. From the prism the parts are transported to a deposit. A light barrier monitors the unloading process. The coating of the depositing surfaces enables a particularly gentle handling of the finished parts. Even parts such as piston bars can be unloaded without a scratch. The unloading tube is made of POM material. This also ensures gentle handling. Loading can be done via the main spindle and unloading via the sub spindle. It is also possible to load via the sub spindle and unload via the main spindle. Compatible with almost all types of lathes.

As one of the largest independent contract manufacturers in Germany, the Pritzwalk gear factory (ZWP) based in Brandenburg undertakes the following production: Ring gears, gears, planetary gears, sun gears and shafts with internal gearing. Due to our generous outdoor storage area, ZWP can store the raw material for long-term procurement projects. This means that there are no lead times for special materials, so that a waiting time of e.g. 3-6 months can be avoided. Immediate access to materials is possible and production can take place immediately. The rising raw material prices, long waiting times or availability of the material used make warehousing and production according to defined lot sizes interesting again. Delivery call-offs can be made with immediate delivery capability and cost savings. Finished parts are of course preserved inside. We are looking for a conversation with you for a holistic solution.

BIEGLO offers finished or semi-finished parts directly formed from polyimide powder with all the attributes of sintered PI. The advantage of direct formed parts are the lower costs as quantitiy is increasing. Due to almost zero percent waste during production it can be a more economic production method. Machined parts are widely used for small series high precision applications. Polyimide direct formed parts can be used in different applications: Automotive industry: racing engine fuel line. Jet engine: vane bushing or lock nut insert. Industrial machinery: hotrunner systems nozzles or plasma cutting torch as gas distributers or sealing components. Semicon HDPCVD Equipment: e.g. heater coil spacer. Life sciences: rotor seal or pneumatic surgical tool vane.

WIWOX® DP-EU pressure blasting cabinets clean and process tools and parts in just a few seconds. Fine blasting granulates are shot onto the surface by means of compressed air and remove dirt and corrosion. The blasting nozzle is manually guided during the processing of individual parts. Process automation is also possible. For this purpose, the workpiece or the blasting nozzle is moved by motor. The pressure blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues and layers, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Deburring and finishing of surfaces is also possible. In extensive tests with your tools you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system. We will provide you with a test facility for this purpose after consultation.

During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Glass surfaces are extremely smooth and meet high hygiene requirements. They are more resistant than plastic and have a high temperature, as well as high chemical resistance. In addition, glass decors ensure a design-oriented and high-quality finish. We offer molded glass parts for a variety of industrial and electronic applications. These include, for example, cover glasses and decor glasses for electronic products and protective glasses for displays. The glasses are usually made of float glass or white glass and thermally hardened ESG glass. The strength is from 0.55 to 19.0mm. For applications in the field of display protection, we also offer ultra-thin chemically hardened front glasses (0.3 – 8.0 mm). Other types of glass include borosilicate glass, quartz glass, magic mirror glass and touch panel glass.
