The type SFO-F tube forming machine facilitates the economical and most reliable production of tube ends made of steel, stainless steel and other materials with a contour typical for the STAUFF Form tube forming system. The machine is designed as a robust table-top device for continuous operation in the workshop. It is used in connection with FI-FST tube shapers and FI-FB clamping jaws. The angle transducers have a magnetic scanning according to the HALL principle. Due to the robust design, critical and interference-free applications in harsh environments can be realized. They have a robust housing (wall thickness > 5 mm) made of aluminium or stainless steel, shaft and ball bearing made of stainless steel, shaft with flattening, rotor with shaft and permanent magnet mounted in prechamber, sensor circuit consisting of ASIC with Hall elements and interface electronics housed in closed main chamber. Two models are available: For low and high temperature applications. The model for low-temperature use is equipped with a special grease for bearings and shaft seal. Seals and shaft seal are made of PTFE. Cable gland with clamping jaw pressure screw and silicone seal. The model for high temperature use is without shaft seal. Under the rear cover there is a signal changeover switch (CW/CCW). On the side there is a preset button (4 mA) placed under a screw plug.

By means of the moveable container with the mixed material, container with separate trolley, will be positioned in the tumbling mixer. The moveable container will be lifted by a pneumatic stamp. The trolley will be fixed in the tumbling mixer by means of a pneumatically actuated draw-in device. The head of the tumbling mixer formed as a container, fixed on the mixing head with four pneumatically operated clamping jaws including forklift pockets and discharge valve. The lifted container is locked to the tumbling head by means of pneumatically actuated locks. After fixing of the container at the tumbling head a SPS controlled tumbling process starts.

The three axis of motion enable a high performance and an efficient design of the robot system. The central pick up table picks up a whole layer of glass from the pallet. The table pushes the layer on the discharge table in one operation which seperates the glasses and transfers them to the production line. Since the roTeg depalletizing robot DERO II works with clamping jaws, numerous package sizes can be processed without mechanical devices. In each depalletizing cycle the interlayers are also picked up by the glass layer and collected in a magazine. The movability of the robot construction on the x axis enables the handling of different production lines. While one discharge table is still filled with glasses and being emtied line by line the DERO II already takes the next layer and serves the second discharge table.
