Ultrasonic sensors are non-contact and wear-free position switches which can also be used under rough environmental conditions. A key advantage of these devices lies in the fact that the material and the surface characteristics of the objects to be detected can be almost anything. Solids, liquids, grainy materials and powdery materials can be identified without the shape or the color of the object having any influence to the measured result. In addition, the ability to detect transparent materials such as films and fluids is of particular importance. The shape and color of the objects do not influence the result of the detection. The capability to detect transparent films or liquids is also of special importance. Ultrasonic sensors are used for distance measurement (e.g. detection of diameters, loop control), for fill level detection (e.g. silo detection), for positioning and presence detection (e.g. glass pane positioning, film tear check, glass bottle detection)

The transparent food dispensers help to reduce the amount of outer packaging. Sell loose goods such as rice, noodles, pulses, cereals or baking ingredients for independent dispensing in the individually required quantity. The food dispensers are available in different sizes. They are filled from above via a large lid opening. Due to gravity, the bulk material always falls down where it can be filled into a container by operating a lever. The suspension device on the rear side is designed in such a way that even containers with different capacities end uniformly at the removal height. A conversion to unpackaged articles is child's play with the help of our products!

The EcoPulser by Siempelkamp uses a completely new almost wear-free, bladeless process to achieve an additional size reduction of chips and particles. Shock waves, generated by interferences of wavefronts aect the bulk material by breaking up its structure. Even the most abrasive particles can be processed using this non-contact treatment because the particles are broken up in the air. The EcoPulser disintegration bases on two counter rotating impeller wheels, which generate by their fast rotation extreme air oscillation and negative pressures. This air current takes in the chips or particles through the rotor so that their wood cells lled with air, water or ice tear apart by the negative pressure impact with the bres separating along their grain. The length of the wood bre nearly remains unchanged thus ensuring a higher board stability

Combi decks are gratings with on top welded chequer plates. They combine ideally the advantages of both products. Chequer plates combine a closed surface with a slip-resistant effect. Gratings, on the other hand, have a high load capacity with a low tare weight. Conveyor belts are often used to transport bulk materials over long distances, especially in the stone, soil, mining and brown coal industries. Despite good scrapers, material residue often remains on the conveyor belt because of striations and minor damage. The result large amounts of material accumulate beneath the conveyor belt system in the area of the return rollers, and have to be removed by costly cleaning work involving many workers. FTK TURN Operating principle The FTK TURN belt turning station made of highly wear resistant polyurethane turns the conveyor belt through 180 degrees after material transport directly in the reverse direction or into the lower drum. Because of the turning process, the inner, clean side of the belt which never comes into contact with the transported material now has its surface facing down towards the ground. Cleaning is a thing of the past!

Our liners are not only practical, they can also be aseptic.The liner assembles itself thanks to a unique design and folding system. It only takes one person to fill it – from the top or the bottom. There are thus considerable savings to be made when filling, while maintaining optimum utilisation. The special design of the liner adapts to the container like a second skin and protects the bulk material. There are no readjustments required during the filling process. Our customers can rest assured we have everything under control: we carry out regular pressure and sight tests, sealed seam and strength tests, as well as simulated transport tests, in order to maintain our high quality standards. And another thing: in order to support the shelf life of your goods, our liners are sterilised with gamma rays.

The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).
