The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. The modular design allows adaptation to almost all requirements and subsequent expansion or automation is possible at any time. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. The workpieces are cleaned within a few minutes. The cleaning result is always perfect and reproducible. The subsequent rinsing process is followed by stain-free post-cleaning or preservation. The WIWOX® ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all steel moulds as well as brass and copper parts. Especially tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing, aluminium die casting and gravity die casting.

WIWOX® VIVERK are single and multi-stage spray chamber cleaning systems for aqueous cleaning, pretreatment and degreasing of tools and parts. Loading takes place via an extendable platform, which can be loaded at an ergonomic working height. The workpieces are mechanically cleaned by means of pump pressure in the spray chamber process. The temperature-controlled washing liquid is sprayed onto the workpiece via a spray frame.The washing plant is operated via a side switch box with electrical control. Before the washing process, the loading basket is loaded and driven into the rinsing chamber via a roller conveyor. The door is closed manually (optionally also automatically). The machine reaches an operating temperature of 40°C within just a few minutes. After a further 30 minutes, the maximum washing temperature of 70°C is reached. The motor-driven spraying gyro completely revolves around the parts to be washed.

Industrial parts cleaning with the Perkute Toploader Series The PERKUTE rotating basket cleaning machine from the Toploader series is used wherever effective and inexpensive cleaning of parts of any kind is necessary. The rotating basket, designed for large weights, is powered by means of a low-wear friction wheel drive and the aqueous cleaning in the spray process takes place by means of a nozzle pipe system with special flat-spray nozzles that is arranged on 3 sides. A powerful washing pump supplies the system with the necessary pressure and volume flow. The parts cleaning machines, made completely of non-rusting special steel, istinguish themselves by their compact and robust construction as well as simple handling. They are mobile to deploy and designed to be space-saving. Customisation for individual cleaning tasks can be optimised through a comprehensive range of accessories.

The application of CO 2 ice jet spraying is convincing. Ranging between CO 2 cleaning and high-performance dust removal with regard to quality, optimum pretreatment can be accomplished with this system variant, only requiring simple workpiece fixing and little noise protection measures. DUST FREE can be flexibly integrated in existing equipment. A cleaning jet consisting of a mix of compressed air, CO2 and CO2 ice particles causes the soiling on the surface to become brittle. The thermal tension loosens cohesion and detaches the soiling from the workpiece surface. The cleaning jet guarantees the removal of soiling without residue. The DUST FREE and PERFECT applications optimally meet the requirements of the subsequent downstream surface quality, offering maximum thoroughness from dust removal through to cleaning. This process allows gentle cleaning of virtually all components, therefore, it is an alternative to aqueous power washing. Patented detail solutions form the basis for this mature system technology. Small workpieces are reliably held in place by the special hold-down system. The Venjakob pump station developed for this task guarantees the process reliable supply of liquid CO 2 from a low pressure tank system to the cleaning module.
