Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. One operating mode is the hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification function with target values that can be set from 35 to 85 % relative humidity in convenient steps of 5 % – including an on-demand turbo blower. Another one is the special comfort function. In this mode, the TTK 66 E automatically controls the humidity level to a comfortable value depending on the temperature.

The DH 25 S dehumidifies up to 40 litres per day and is a very economical solution for ensuring dry ambient air for sensitive stored goods or avoiding harmful moisture-related consequences for products, machines and building structure during industrial processes. Humidity control can optionally be effected moisture-dependent via target value specification at the internal hygrostat or in moisture-independent continuous operation.

COMFORT DEHUMIDIFIER TTK 127 EState-of-the-art comfort backed by a functional design A functional design pleasing to the eye, technical equipment – remarkably convenient and modest pricing: As a special highlight, the dehumidifier TTK 127 E has an extra comfort function. Optimum room climate at all times – simply at the push of a button. Fitted with a comfort button the TTK 127 E automatically regulates the humidity value to the most agreeable level depending on the temperature. At most, the dehumidifier strips the ambient air from up to 50 litres of moisture per day and is suited for room sizes of up to 150 m². Naturally, the dehumidifier is also equipped with a hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification system, for which a fixed target humidity value is selected in advance.

TTK 120 S is well designed, solid, reliable and powerful . It is equally well-suited for use in large rooms and workshops or storerooms and smaller warehouses. It has a solid housing made of a composite of metal and synthetic material. It can extract 35 litres of moisture out of the air a day and protect your property and possessions effectively and reliably against moisture and corrosion. The TTK 120 S operates in hygrostat-controlled automatic mode and is equipped with a hot-gas defrosting mode which makes it effective and efficient. This feature allows it to be operated non-stop without supervision in rooms or offices. The antibacterial filter ef­fectively frees the ambient air of fluff, dust or pet hairs. This product is the result of highest level of workmanship which speaks for its high quality.

Polyester heaters also referred to as Polyester film heaters or Polyester foil heaters consist of an electrically conductive ink between two insulating respectively carrier layers of polyester. With a maximum size of 600 x 1000 mm, their average height is only 0.2 mm. As the picture examples show, practically any shape and type of cut-out is possible. Polyester foil heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures of up to 90°C (max. 100°C for short periods). It is generally not possible to predict which temperature a Polyester heating element will reach in the application, as there are extremely many influencing factors. These include not only the power, but also the mass and type of goods to be heated, the ambient temperature, air currents, the type of mounting and, of course, the control technology. Typical applications for Polyester heaters are e.g. cup warmers in coffee machines, mirror heaters, plate heat exchangers, flat applications with a target temperature below 90°C.

Construction dryer at its best!Designed as reference class of professional construction dryers the TTK 900 practically leaves nothing to be desired. Its tough design and robust components ensure a permanently maximum dehumidification performance and value retention. Owing to a perfect combination of an especially powerful and efficient rotation compressor, an utterly robust high-pressure radial fan as well as high-quality electronic and mechanical components, the TTK 900 can impress with an excellent dehumidification capacity, especially at low ambient temperatures. Powerful air-circulating radial fan with dry air outlet on both sides In order to quickly distribute the dry, dehumidified air in the entire room, the TTK 900 is fitted with a dry air outlet on both sides.

Flexible silicone heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures up to 200°C, with self-adhesive foil 180°C should not be exceeded. Higher temperatures of 230°C are possible for a short time without destroying the heater. The temperature that will be reached within the application, generally is not easy to predict, as there are many influencing factors. In addition to the power, resp. surface load, this also includes mass and type of the material to be heated (thermal conductivity, surface quality, etc.) installation / assembly situation (bonded, vulcanised, clamped, etc.), ambient temperature, air movement and, of course, the control technology used.
