We supply molded seals and special elastomer components made of special compounds based on ACM / AEM, NBR / HNBR and FKM / FPM for various hydraulic applications in mechanical engineering.

The FG-7 is a plastic closure with warranty function and bellow for tablets. The product is available in a wide range of colors. Sanner also offers a wide range of matching plastic tubes or other matching containers.

Rubber Seals - Bellows

Compact - minimal compression: With its new designed geometry microFIN feather elements interlock with the bellow elements. This enables the whole construction to achieve a compression of 2,4 mm per lamella. In comparison to regular bellows which have a relatively high compression rate, the whole machine stroke can be greatly enlarged. Anti-Scratch: With its unique coating at the bottom of each fin (lamella), scratching is prevented and the lifetime of the cover is increased significant (up to 70%). Additionally it increases the tightness against coolants and chips. (available for lamellas up to 1500 mm width) Exchange: Each lamella is removable from the bellow - corpus without disassembly of the whole cover systems. This is achieved by a plug connection between corpus lamella and protection lamella. Damaged lamellas can be removed easily and cost-effective. Fabric: Due to its modular construction, an additional fabric can be added to the cover system.

Individual textile bellows with and without protective lamellas in almost any desired shape and extent offer a cost-effective and flexible machine or guideway protection. A typical standard application for these products is the cover of linear guides or flat guides. Various synchronous mechanisms and damping variants are available for highly dynamic applications.

The sliding gate manual valve type for high temperature type 8053 in reinforced version is suitable for a wide range of process applications up to 530°C. Media such as steam, liquids, gases, etc. can thus be shut off safely and controlled excellently, even in the high temperature range.

The cement stored in the cement silos can be quickly discharged to the cement trailers (bulk carrier) by means of ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow. This system has a special structure with support legs allowing the bulk carrier parking under the discharge point and is equipped with a suitable bellow for feeding the material. ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow is equipped with level indicator to stop loading and lift up the bellow when it is in contact with the cement (material filling process is finalized). The bellow is also equipped with fan filter system to prevent powder during the material filling process. The system includes a control panel as well.

Thermostatic valves - i.e. the temperature controls on the heating system - are found in just about every home. In the head of a thermostatic valve there is a metal bellows, a corrugated tube that expands according to the room air temperature. For these metal bellows, the manufacturer needed deep-drawn, very long and thin-walled sleeves. The challenge: the sleeves must be matched to the customer's downstream process under very tight tolerance specifications. Why? Because the sleeves cannot be further processed if the geometries vary. Absolute precision is therefore required. We can offer absolute precision. The customer commissioned us with the production of the sleeves. On the one hand, because we fulfil the special deep-drawing requirements. On the other hand, because we can offer an associated, targeted heat treatment for material stress relief in-house.
