Individually customised to your production, we produce type holders for the flexible labelling of your products with manufacturer identification, batch number and product code.

The rapid change system EWS-Varia allows to set-up a modern CNC lathe or a turning milling center – and this flexibly. A tool change will just take 20 seconds, which is an unbeatable argument especially in small batch productions whenever it is about reducing the set-up time and thus increasing the productivity. The advantages, however, are also evident in large batch productions. Preset twin tools lie at the machine, thus significantly reducing the down-times. A further advantage is provided by the variety of adaptations; so the optimal tool clamping can be selected for each operation. The inserts available include: Collet chuck holders Weldon/Whistle Notch Milling arbors Morse tapers Hydro extension Shrink adaptations The most important advantage is certainly created by the easy handling. The inserts can be changed with just one hand without counter pressure by the spindle.

Machine type holders, also called type holders, are flexible tools for labelling with figures or letter combinations, batch numbers, production data as well as manufacturer logos. The size of the type holder depends on the surface provided and the labelling required. The machine type holders can also be designed on several lines. As a rule, the clamping is carried out with lateral tensioning screws, but T types and L types are also used. We make this product according to your wishes.

Brass types for stamping paper, wood and synthetics. In the pharmaceutical industry brass types are installed in packaging machines with corresponding brass type holders and give the product the labelling. Batch labellings, manufacturer coding and process data are thereby stamped flexibly. If you request changes, the types used can be replaced.

The laboratory vacuum shovel dryer DRUVATHERM® is a system provides reliable scale-up to production scales in the context of product and process development and can likewise be used for small batch production too. The Lödige laboratory vacuum shovel dryer DRUVATHERM® is a horizontal, batch vacuum dryer with a frequency-controlled mixing tool. This mixer consisting of mixing elements adapted to the process and arranged on a shaft according to a specific system - is installed in a cylindrical mixing drum equipped with a temperature control jacket. Rotation of the mixing unit generates a three-dimensional product movement, in which all of the product is constantly in motion. The contact frequency of particles with the heat exchange surface leads to shorter drying times. The chopper rotating at high speeds fitted to the side of the mixing drum is used to disperse the product . This leads to a significant increase in drying capacity and prevents moisture and temperature gradients.

The system is used for labelling or printing flat products such as postcards, flat folding boxes, mailing bags or textile blanks, regardless of the format. The products are fed into the loading chute by the operator and are then destacked layer by layer from below and fed past the labeling or printing or inspection unit. The finished products are then collected in an exit chute or a collection box. This system was developed for a capacity range of up to 100 products/min. For processing higher numbers of products/min, the HSF model series is available which, in addition to a longer conveying distance for setting up different stations also provides the option of a product ejector to automatically remove NIO products from the process and collect them in a separate collection box. The tool-free adjustment enables the shortest changeover times for batch/product changes.

The LSS-PV model was developed to serialize small product batches cost-effectively and according to the requirements of country-specific FMD guidelines. The products are fed manually. A transport system with product carriers guarantees a precise and continuously accurate alignment of the products. After the printing process performed by a thermal inkjet printing system (TIJ), the print data is inspected. If the inspection result is positive, the products are either collected on the collection table at the outfeed of the system or glide over an optionally available transfer plate into an outer shipping case. Defective products are reliably separated from the GOOD products by the product reject station. This process is verified twice in the PLC.

Series CCD (100 - 20,000 liters) The Cylindro Conical Dryer CCD with a central shaft agitator was developed to be used both as a dryer (e.g. for filter cake) and also an evaporator when products have to pass a critical phase change from fully liquid to final bulk solid. The robust mixing element is showing its effective performance also during liquid and high viscous pasty phase to finally achieve the desired solid phase. As a dryer it is designed with a vacuum-/pressure rated vessel, heating jacket and integrated dust filter. Like for the CCM (Cylindro Conical Mixer) also the CCD offers a big advantage with a compact and space saving design. Series CCM (100 - 20,000 liters) The Cylindro Conical Mixer CCM with a central shaft agitator is a batch mixer for more standarized mixing applications with rather low TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). With its robust central-shaft agitator it is pricewise an alternative to the conical screw mixer and besides powder/bulk solids also suitable for pasty products. Due to its compact design the mixer is particularly suitable when space is limited, especially for a narrow room height.
