The Gecko Gripper (SP) enables the use of the innovative Gecko adhesive gripper technology in applications with a small surface area. Such areas which could not be automated so far. The gecko-inspired adhesive technology offers precise, track-free gripping. Even with porous workpieces this technology works. For example printed circuit boards or glossy surfaces. Cleaning is not necessary. The three different Gecko Single Pad Grippers (SP1, SP3 and SP5) are named after their payload in kilograms. Of course, the Gecko grippers can be used with leading lightweight robots and cobots. The compact single-pad design allows easy access to the workpiece, even in tight spaces. Since no electronics or air supply is required, the Gecko SP is a cost-effective plug-and-play solution. The Gecko gripper leaves no marks on glass. This eliminates the need for manual cleaning. This means a higher RoI and lower operating costs.

By mounting an axial fan, the effectiveness of the new Kühligel® can be increased considerably. Fanless solutions require a lot of space. They are heavy and expensive. For cooling with active coolers by SEPA EUROPE however, the new Kühligels are not only small and light but also extremely inexpensive. Thanks to intensive development work, SEPA EUROPE was able to construct a heat sink that enables fan mounting without extensive reworking using conventional screws. The choice of the suitable fan (size, sleeve or ball bearings, 5, 12, or 24 VDC, tacho, connector) enables the best possible combination that is required for the application in question. The fans used have a MTBF of up to 350000h (40°C) and thus meet the highest requirements. Thanks to its light weight, the Kühligel® can usually be mounted using double-sided adhesive heat conduction pads (TCTxx) or thermally conductive two-component adhesive (Hernon 746) which are both available from the SEPA EUROPE product range.

Inspired by customer inquiries, SEPA EUROPE has developed a new, modular assembly for the efficient cooling of chips. The core component is a SEPA axial fan that is mounted on a 40 mm pure aluminium heat sink – a so-called Kühligel®. It is equipped with a finger guard and a double-sided adhesive heat pad for screwless mounting on the housing or inside the device. Thanks to the compact design, the light weight and the screwless mounting, this assembly enables accurate positioning and thus effective cooling of the hot spot. The chip cooler HXB40FGK is equipped with a high precision ball bearing and can be used at ambient temperatures between -10 and +85 °C thus opening up a wide range of application possibilities. A further advantage is the long service life of the fan with 350 000 h (MTBF) at 40°C. The chip cooler assembly HXB40FGK is supplied as a standard component. It can however, be customized.

This flexible PCB antenna has a dipole structure for GSM and UMTS. It is provided with an adhesive pad with only 0.24 mm thickness and can therefore be used on all non-metallic surfaces. The PCB antenna is particularly suitable for space-saving applications and has an outstanding performance against comparable PCB antennas.

Thanks to extremely compact design the overexcitation rectifier "Slim Collection" can be installed in very restricted space. The module features a central bore for screw fixing inside the terminal box. It can also be installed by using an adhesive pad.
