The RVU grinding machines set new standards in highprecision machining and are especially suitable for high precision grinding applications in the bearing and aerospace industries. The range can be equipped with up to four watercooled grinding spindles which can achieve a performance of 45 kW at 18,000 rev/min. (according to the type of grinding wheel selected) The RVU facilitates a complete machining processing without interruption as optional dressing units, grinding wheel changers and workpiece measurement are available. Additional options for hard metal machining boring and workpiece measurement increase the possible applications of the machine series considerably.

The dipping system which is one of the other methods is produced with a robot or crane controlled. The systems are equipped with the most efficient heating, ventilating and PLC control equipment. In our dipping lines manufacturing, AISI 304- AISI 316 stainless sheets of steel and polypropylene are used. The system should be selected according to the shape of the part, the area to be used and the corrosion resistance. Some chemicals which are used for surface cleaning must be applied hot. Due to this situation, our company produces cold dipping lines as well as natural gas heated, electric heated, liquid fuel heated and water heated dipping pre-treatment lines according to the energy source that is planning to be used.

Our continuous type ovens can be produced as belt tunnel type, internal return (U) type or with span conveyor. Our ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160 mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. Air curtains in the furnace are placed inlet and outlet of the oven to minimize heat loss while increasing the efficiency.

Our box type ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. For paint applications up to 220 °C, for special purposes up to 400 °C ovens can be produced by our company. The doors of our box type furnaces can be produced as double-sided, top opening or as guillotine door according to needs.

ELECTRIC HEATER FAN TDS 50 EPowerful mobile heating in a trice The robust electric heater fan TDS 50 E is the powerful heating solution for the building industry and agricultural sector, for the catering trade or holiday home. TDS 50 Electric Fan Heater The TDS 50 electric heater provides a heating performance between 4.5 kW and 9 kW in 3 stages (stage 1 only fan). In comparison to direct fired gas or oil heaters, the electric fan heaters of the TDS series dont consume oxygen or produce combustion gases. Because of that this devices can be used everywhere, in particular for temperature control of unheated interiors. BORSIG has been manufacturing centrifugal compressors for process gases for almost 60 years. The BORSIG centrifugal compressor series comprises multistage integrally geared centrifugal compressors with up to 8 stages, with steam turbine, gas turbine or electric motor as driver with all auxiliary equipment (turnkey solutions) according to customer’s requirements. The compressors comply with the corresponding API design standards such as API 617 (chapter 3) and 672 (4th edition). The oil system is designed according to API 614 or manufacturer's standard. The development is based on the latest research results in fluid mechanics as well as in gear and bearing design.

Explosionproof/flameproof gas preheater EEx d -ATEX und IECEx zertifiziert In general a cooling down takes place at expansion of gases whilst a heating takes place at compression. Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion. The gas pre heaters are suitable for all kind of gaseous media (i.e. air, natural gas, technical gases, fuel gas) and low flow process applications, suitable for pressures up to 300 bar. The “Cast electric heaters” type flameproof electrical gas pre heaters are certified for use in zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, custom built to meet client specification. The gas pre heater consists of a process tube coil and an electrical heating bundle, casted in aluminium. The process gas flows through the tube coil and is heated by the aluminium block that provides the heat transfer. This indirect electric heating gives an accurate control of the process and eliminates pressure vessel design and associated costs.

Many laboratory and industrial processes require a constant flow of gas to be delivered, and this is normally supplied from pressurised cylinders containing gas in liquid phase. If the level of liquid reduces fast, frosting can occur on the surface of the cylinder and flow rates can be adversely affected. Our gentle and insulated heating solutions can prevent this phenomenon and restore stability to the flow rate. This is particularly important when using calibration gases where repeatability is vital. Note that separate over-pressure safety systems should always be in place to meet health and safety requirements.
