TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready mixed filler for interior and exterior finishing work on walls and ceilings OSCAR is a water based filler giving a finish identical to oil based products. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin emulsion containing calcium carbonate, rheological agent and various additives. The resulting paste is white. ACCEPTED SUBSTRATES Interior walls and ceilings • Plasterboard • Old paint • Plaster blocks • Primers Outside walls • Smooth concrete • Fine floated cement SUITABLE SURFACES • Wallpaper • Paint • Wall coverings • Thick plastic covering (RPE) TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Paste density : 1.9 • Particle size : very fine • pH : 7 APPLICATION Application is manual using a float or a painter’s knife. The maximum thickness will be 1 mm per coat. Smooth and sand if necessary before OSCAR has entirely set. Clean tools with water.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready-to-use, solvent-free adhesive primer for smooth or hardly porous substrates, for interior and exterior use. BETON HAFTGRUND allows to achieve an adhesive bridge between such substrates and certain cementor plaster-based products with a relatively low bond. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Pink, ready-to-use primer with visible grain. Paintlike consistency. ACCEPTED SUBSTRATES Can be applied onto interior and exterior walls, and also onto ceilings. • Smooth cast-in-place concrete • Self-levelling concrete • Old paintwork • Old painted fibreglass coverings APPLICATION BETON HAFTGRUND is to be applied using a brush or a woollen roller. Apply a liberal coat onto the substrate and allow to dry before covering. The drying time will depend on the substrate and ambient conditions. As a general rule, allow for approximately 6 hours.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Cement-based powder filler with fibres for treating damaged exterior substrates. The filler is multi-purpose: can be used to fill, repair and rectify wall surfaces, with a smooth finish. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES All types of substrates : cement, concrete, concrete blocks, stones, brick, old paintwork, old tiling. COVERINGS Once the filler is completely dry, can be covered with all types of coatings and paintwork. Do not directly cover with solvent-borne paint. TECHNICAL FEATURES • Setting time: 30 to 40 minutes • Adhesion: complies with EN 16566 • AFNOR NFT 36.005 classification: Family IV class 4c MIXING PROPORTIONS • 6 to 6.5 litres of water per 15 kg bag • 2 to 2.2 litres of water per 5 kg bag • 0.4 - 0.43l of water for 1 kg • 2 volumes of water for 5 volumes of powder APPLICATION Application with a plastering spatula, knife, smoothing trowel. Clean tools with water. COVERAGE Approximately 1 kg per m²/mm of thickness.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES All types of interior substrates : concrete, cellular concrete, cement, breeze block, brick, plasterboard, plaster tiles, plaster, old paint. COVERING Primer coat, smooth surface filler, wall coverings, paint REFERENCE DOCUMENTS • Filler meets EN 16566 standard • DTU 59.1 : Paint work TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Density : 1.5 • Dry extract : 82 % STORAGE 9 months in original unopened packaging away from frost and high temperatures. PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. APPLICATION Applied by hand using a filling knife or spatula. The thickness is 2 cm; to fill deeper holes, build up the filler in several steps The maximum thickness will be 1 cm per coat.
