Grilled fish - Import export

Delicacy and freshness of the fruit. A dress of a rose to strive for purple images which expresses a mixture of freshness of red fruits, softness of apple and pear and acidulous of redcurrants in a fatty and round context. Serve: freshly, 8 -10°C. Recommended dish: As an aperitif with one knocks, grilled meats, fish, Asiatic kitchen. Ideal the summer with salads in fruits and vegetables of seasons.

Circles and structured Cahors Intense and finely balanced. Deep, glowing red, very aromatic (blackberry, humus...), with well-balanced tannins and a lovely final impression in the mouth. Serve decanted (or opened several hours previously) before enjoying at about 15-16°. Suggested accompaniment: roast poultry, grilled meats, fish in red wine sauce.
