TECHNICAL DEFINITION White, matt, ready-to-use thin finishing plaster to level interior substrates. Ideal plaster for renovating uneven or textured substrates. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Water, calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES All types of interior substrates: concrete, cellular concrete, cement, breeze, brick, plasterboard, plaster tiles, plaster, old paint, glass canvas, old droplets, glass fibre cloth, old droplets. TECHNICAL PROPERTIES • Density : 1.3 • Dry extract : 66% • Fire classification : A2s1d0 STORAGE 18 months in original unopened packaging away from frost and high temperatures. APPLICATION Manual application : with a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : airless spray, spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 60 cm from the substrate.

When screwing the nuts onto the thread, the thread lock is plastically and elastically deformed. The elastic deformation causes a radial frictional lock against the nuts being loosened. The plastic thread lock is only effective when the nuts are fully screwed onto the male thread. The screw length must be selected so that at least two full threads protrude from the nut. Due to the plastic deformation of the thread lock, these nuts should only be used once.

Particularly compact selfcentring keyless locking coupling without axial offset. for shaft diameters from 8 to 85 mm for medium torques suitable for hubs with low wall thickness no axial offset selfcentring Assembly Lightly oil keyless locking coupling on the tapered faces and contact points of the shaft and hub. Do not use MoS2 or grease. Insert keyless locking coupling in the hub seat and slide onto shaft. Tighten screws crosswise in several increments to the defined tightening torque. Dismantling Remove all screws and screw into the extraction threads of the front flange. Tighten screws crosswise in several steps until the keyless locking coupling loosens. Tolerances Shaft Recommended tolerance h8. Surface quality Rz ≤ 16 µm. Hub Recommended tolerance H8. Surface quality Rz ≤ 16 µm.

An innovative techno-material combination for aero / defense / rail parts: With a resin manufacturing partner, Arkema, we have succeeded in extruding sheets in an amorphous state (PEKK material already qualified for aerospace) which crystallizes during thermoforming. The fact that the plates are amorphous allows thermoforming deformation and then crystallization offers all the thermal / mechanical / chemical properties of an ultra high performance polymer. Value proposition: advance in the replacement of metal parts / reduce process costs for machined PEEK parts / open the door to the manufacture of large parts (aircraft interior, drones, defense systems, railways, electrical boxes, ducting systems, etc. )
