COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Plaster-based powder coating containing calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. The mixed paste is white in colour. SUITABLE SURFACES Interior walls and ceilings: Bubble concrete, bare concrete, cellular concrete, irregular plaster, heating ceiling, uneven surfaces, etc. OVERLAYING After the filler has dried completely, suitable for covering with all types of plaster-based coatings, thick coatings, wall paper or wall coverings. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Granulometry : Up to 0.2 mm • Adhesion : complies with NFT 30 608 • pH : neutral PACK SIZE 5 and 25 kg bags on shrink-wrapped pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging stored away from moisture. PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, dust-free and free from all traces of form oil.

STORAGE 9 months in original unopened packing protected from damp. THE TEMPERATURE DURING APPLICATION AND DRYING MUST BE SUPERIOR TO 5°C. DO NOT USE ON A DAMP SUBSTRATE. DO NOT USE ONCE THE PASTE HAS STARTED TO SET.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION CE 78 PERFECT’LIGHT is a lightweight ready-mix paste specially formulated for jointing mitred-edge plasterboards in association with plaster tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightweight fillers, preservation agent and various adjuvants. The paste is white. COVERINGS. Plasterboard primer. Smoothing filler. STORAGE 12 months in original unopened packaging away from frost and high temperatures. APPLICATION Before actual jointing, fill any accidental gaps between boards and any other areas (spalls, deterioration of the surface etc.). Apply manually by «buttering» the mitred-edge using a 10 or 15 cm plaster spatula and then adding the tape Then add a finishing coat, allow to dry and finish to hide the tape. Also hide the screw heads. For projecting vertical edges, use reinforced tape.

SUITABLE SURFACES All types of tapered-edge, paper-lined plasterboard, with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene). COVERINGS First undercoat for plasterboard. Smoothing compound. PACK SIZE Tubs of 5 and 25kg on covered pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging, away from frost and extreme heat. AMOUNT REQUIRED Approximately 500 g/m² of plasterboard. DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 24-48 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions. RECOMMENDED APPLICATION Always leave a minimum gap of 20 cm between doors and windows and the first plasterboard joint.
