High technology range TurboCure®. The purpose of the Turbocure® solution consists in reducing the curing time by up to 50%. It includes the modules TempInverter® and FillBalancer®. They can be used together or individually depending on the application. This solution respects the integrity of the compound by focusing on improved quality.

The pyrometric assemblies are perfectly suited for high temperature applications: they are complete measuring assemblies with a mineral insulated thermocouple or a ceramic insulated protection and equipped with an outer protective mechanical tube. They are fitted with electrical connection devices and mechanical fasteners. The ceramic sleeve authorizes temperature measurement up to 1600°C, even 1800°C in some cases.

The thermocouple probe is characterized by a fast response time and is perfectly suited for high or very high temperature operation. The temperature sensor is often delivered with a connection head (see photo opposite).

Actor in the field of instrumentation, Deltafluid offers measurement products in pyrometry. Our range includes thermometers to obtain direct indications of temperature but also temperature sensors (resistance probe, thermocouple, multi-point probe, pyrometer assembly ...) which can be coupled with transmitters.

Vibraflame® is a range of cables designed to resist extreme temperatures ranging from -196°C to +1565°C.These fire resistant range of cables do not propagate flame and do not contain asbestos. They can be used as control, coaxial or power feed cables. Axon’ offer extension and compensating cables for thermocouples insulated with vibraflame® material and resistant to temperatures of up to 1050°C. These heat resistant cables can be made with nickel plated copper, nickel alloy, nickel chrome, iron, constantan, copper alloy, cupronickel for extension and compensating cable. They are insulated with a special combination of mica, organic polymers and fibre glass. Applications include power and control cables in steel works, oil refinery, electric furnace, blast furnace,etc

Axon’ offers extruded flat cables with round conductors for any application requiring space reduction and temperature resistance. The round conductors are insulated with FEP or ETFE. These ribbon cables are characterized with their temperature resistance : -90°C to + 155°C for ETFE, -90°C to +155°C for ETFE insulated flat cables. They are highly resistant to abrasion and traction and have an excellent flexlife.They are available in 1.27 mm and 2.54 mm pitches.

Suitable for multiple products (except for leafy vegetables).Decrease in the product temperature by several tens of degrees according to the ambient temperature. Low water consumption, respect for the product and the environment. Possibility of filtering the air intake to the cooler.

Adapted to high temperatures, PTFE - Polytétrafluoroéthène - is also well known as Teflon. PTFE has good chemical resistance and low friction coefficient. It is used for sealing functions, as membrans, gaskets, O-rings, or for electrical insulation.

Adapted to very low temperatures (cryogenics), our plastics allow sealing with very good mechanical performances even with temperatures that can reach -196°C : PCTFE is also called PTFCE, Voltalef ®, KEL-F ®, Neoflon ®
