To ease removal we recommend milling a flat on the shaft. Assembly The shaft to hub hole fit is a transition fit. The play should be min. 0.01 mm and max. 0.04 mm i.e. shaft Ø 6 f7 hub Ø 6 H8. The pyrometric assemblies are perfectly suited for high temperature applications: they are complete measuring assemblies with a mineral insulated thermocouple or a ceramic insulated protection and equipped with an outer protective mechanical tube. They are fitted with electrical connection devices and mechanical fasteners. The ceramic sleeve authorizes temperature measurement up to 1600°C, even 1800°C in some cases.

The 1''/1'' flowmeter is also called a flowmeter with flange pressure taps. The high pressure upstream measurement is 1 inch from the upstream edge of the plate and, symmetrically, the low pressure measurement is 1 inch from the downstream edge of the plate. This is often a pre-assembled complete set with orifice plate mounted between orifice flanges. Orifice flanges are standardized and manufactured to ASME B16.36. The orifice plate is manufactured in accordance with ISO 5167 or ASME MFC-3M.
