The wing nuts can be tightened and (generally) loosened tool-free. Drawing reference: DE = German style similar to DIN 315 AM = US style

Steel version: tempered to 900 N/mm², black oxidised. Stainless steel version: tempered to 900 N/mm², bright.

The Hygienic DESIGN fastening system was specially developed for use in food processing facilities. Special attention was paid to the cleaning-optimised geometry and a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. The quick and easy installation due to a pre-installed sealing washer rounds off the overall package.

Screw on rubber impact buffers can also be used as equipment or machine feet.

Rubber buffers are widely-used construction elements for elastic mounting. They are used, among other things, as mountings for aggregates, motors, compressors, pumps and testing machinery.

The receiver bush is for quick and safe insertion of ball operated lifting pins. They offer an easy and reliable installation in a variety of lifting materials. Also for use with thin walled materials and blind holes. They are corrosion resistant with low wearing.

Quick and easy lifting device with swing shackle and safety bar against unintended release. The balls are unlocked by pressing the push button. When the push button is released the balls are securely locked. Corrosion and weather resistant. High tensile, hardened pin for extreme loads with the high wear resistance. Temperature range max. 250 °C. CE certified. Values X max, and F1 with 5x safety factor. Accessory: Receiver bushes 07784.

Ball lifting pins are quick and simple lifting devices with swing shackles. The balls are unlocked by pressing the push button. After releasing the push button, the ball is securely locked. Protected against corrosion and weather-resistant High-strength, hardened, extremely durable pin. TÜV-tested. Values X min., F1, F2 and F3 with 5x safety factor.

Shackles and bolts may vary in colour. Paint may cause the thread to be stiff.

The required torque is set by a set screw and a graduated scale. The set value can be secured using the lateral clamping screw. When the set torque is reached the grip audibly and palpably releases. The loosening torque is higher than the tightening torque so that the torque handle can be released without any problems. The internal thread version has a hole in the set screw so that the torque handle can also be used on threaded rods. Set torque accuracy ± 5%. On request: Other thread lengths.

Grippers and inserts are ideal for use in clamping arms, gripping systems, clamping fixtures, clamping jaws and self-aligning pads. The use of grippers allows the transfer of very high torque values and above average grip, even with hard materials and surface irregularities. Form O: The abrasive diamond surface is bonded firmly to the base. It is ideally suited to supporting smooth or slippery applications with a minimum of clamping pressure. This allows the diamond particles to get a firm grip on a very small area with minimum damage to the surface. The diamond surface offers excellent wear resistance. Form P: The polyurethane surface is vulcanised firmly to the ball. It is abrasion-resistant and does not discolour. It offers optimum protection against damage to delicate surfaces. The pearl-like surface gives a firm grip and allows air to escape so as to prevent any suction effect between the contact surface and the self-aligning pads.

The slot nut is twisted into the profile slot and so can be subsequently inserted into existing systems. The spring-loaded ball allows the nut to be fixated anywhere in the profile slot.

When screwing the nuts onto the thread, the thread lock is plastically and elastically deformed. The elastic deformation causes a radial frictional lock against the nuts being loosened. The plastic thread lock is only effective when the nuts are fully screwed onto the male thread. The screw length must be selected so that at least two full threads protrude from the nut. Due to the plastic deformation of the thread lock, these nuts should only be used once.

The surface of the cap nut is polished and, with regard to design optimised for the use in hygienic environments. The top of the nut is spherical and the collar has a conical formed top face. The nut has been designed as a low version so as to keep troublesome corners as few as possible. Due to the extremely high quality surface finish of much less than Ra 0.8 µm, hardly any dirt particles adhere to the surface.

Universal fastening element. The hammer-headed screw is twisted into the profile slot and so can mounted into an existing systems at a later date. The serrations break through the anodised film and creates a secure, electrical conductive connection.

Ideal elements for fastening cladding panels, Plexiglas covers etc. The oversized flange and the thread undercut ensure a stress-free, uniform force distribution on the respective surfaces. Projecting edges are kept to a minimum by the head height being kept as low as possible. An open-end spanner is used to screw the fastener in. The surface of the ball head screw is polished and, with regard to design optimised for the use in hygienic environments. The surface is polished to a surface finish of less than Ra 0.8 µm. Dirt and residue from products or cleaners seldom adheres and easy cleaning is ensured.

Tempered, black oxidised. Precision diameters ground.

Sprocket steel. Ball bearing chrome steel. Screw and nut steel. Version Sprocket teeth hardened to HRC 50, electro zincplated. Ball bearing with sealing discs 2ZC3. Screw ISO 4017, grade 8.8, electro zincplated. Nut ISO 4035, grade 8, electro zincplated. Note For tensioning roller chains. The sprocket set can be combined with all tensioning elements to form a readytoinstall chain clamp. The ball bearings are sealed both sides, permanently lubricated and maintenancefree. The sprocket can be moved on the screw and thus adapted to the chain track. With the duplex and triplex version, precision spacer sleeves ensure correct chain guidance. Rigid mounting without a tensioning element is also possible. Can also be used as an idler sprocket.

Thermoplastic. DIN 7984 screws and DIN 985 nuts steel. Version: Black. Screws and nuts electro zinc-plated. Note: The standard size for round tubes is Ø18 mm or Ø30 mm. Note: Block hinges with fastening nuts and extended middle section for inset doors. Mounted with nuts (M6 or M8) from inside. The hinge can be mounted left or right. The opening angle is 180°. Steel C35Pb. Gunmetal Rg7. Plastic PA6.6 with MoS2). ISO trapezoidal thread based on DIN 103. Steel nuts for adjustments during manual operation and as fastening nuts. Not advised for use with motorised drives due to the steelsteel material combination. Gunmetal nuts for motion drives with low and medium speed. By insufficient lubrication, gunmetal trapezoidal thread nuts on steel spindles have good dryrunning properties. Plastic nuts for lownoise motion drives. Good dryrunning properties. Do not lubricate keyless locking coupling. Insert keyless locking coupling in the hub seat and slide onto shaft. Tighten nut by hand and use a torque wrench to tighten to the defined tightening torque. Tolerances Shaft diameter and hub hole Form A ±0.04 mm. Form B ±0.08 mm. Surface quality Rz ≤ 16 µm.

Tensioner Vesconite® plastic. Screw and nut steel. Version Screw ISO 4017, grade 8.8, electro zincplated. Nut ISO 4035, grade 8, electro zincplated. Note For tensioning roller chains. The chain tensioner set can be combined with all tensioning elements to form a readytoinstall chain clamp. The symmetrical design enables use on both sides. Large radii ensure very quiet running. The highquality plastic does not require any lubrication. The maximum chain speed should not exceed 1.5 m/s in continuous use.

Angle diecast zinc. Screws and slot nuts steel. End cap polyamide, fibreglass reinforced. Version Angle painted aluminium tone. Screws and slot nuts electro zincplated. End cap black. Note Suitable for reinforcing profile constructions and for frictional connection of profiles with each other without machining. Can also be used as fastening element (e.g. bracket) for any components. The angles have centring lugs for accurate and twistproof mounting. The centring lugs can be removed if necessary by breaking off i.e. for mounting plates. The open side can be closed off with the end cap.

Industrial shock absorbers are maintenance-free, ready to install hydraulic components. They have an integrated fixed stop. The adjustable version enables precise adjustment to the desired dampening level. After installation, operate and adjust the shock absorber a few times until the desired braking level is achieved. Exceeding the max. energy intake per hour is possible if temporarily disconnected or the shock absorber is cooled with cylinder exhaust air. The installation position is arbitrary.

Individual filled gas springs are excluded from replacement. Gas springs are maintenance-free, self-contained systems that are filled with nitrogen under high pressure. For end-of-travel damping and lubrication, a defined amount of oil is also contained inside. The gas springs contain a nonreturn valve in a threaded pin on the pressurised pipe, which allows the pushing force to be lowered at a later time. Gas pressure springs in the sizes 04/12 and 06/15 must be stored and installed with the piston rod extending downwards. As of size 08/19, storage and installation in any orientation is possible. Keep in mind, however, that end-of-travel damping is effective only when the piston rod extends downwards. As a consequence of the physical properties when filling a gas spring, a tolerance range of ±5 % results for the rated pushing force. Gas springs are filled with nitrogen under high pressure and under no circumstances should they be opened or overloaded.
